の機構において、インナシヤフトの下端下方に存
するアウタシヤフトの内径部に筒状弾性スカート
と楔体とが対をなす1対以上の拘束組部材をアウ
タシヤフトの軸線上に内設し、上記スカート部は
一端側に開口する複数のスリツトを有して他端側
をインナシヤフト系または操作ロツド系に接続す
ると共に、アウタシヤフトに対し相対回動不能に
設けられ、他方楔体はスカートにおけるスリツト
開口側の端部内周に対し楔作用の圧入可能な円錐
面を有してスカートの上記スリツト開口側に対設
されてなり、操作ロツドの操作により楔体または
スカートが軸方向に移動されるとき、組部材のス
カートと楔体とは圧接または離間され、それに伴
なうスカートの一端側外周の拡大がスカートをア
ウタシヤフト内径部壁への均等圧接、または同一
端側外周の縮小がスカートをアウタシヤフト内径
部壁からの離脱に導き、もつてインナシヤフトと
アウタシヤフトとの拘束または解放を可能に構成
したことを特徴とするテレスコピツク・ステアリ
