Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕゛ 本発明は、携帯時計のバンドを時計ケースに取付ける構
造に関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
従来の時計バンドの取付構造は、第４図の斜視図及び第
５図の断面図に示す様に、時計ケース本体１とバンド本
体２とをバネ棒６に依って連結している。時計ケース本
体１には、バネ棒３のピン６ａを挿入するピン穴１ａ及
び先カン爪２ａが突き当たる爪引掛は部１ｂを設け、バ
ンド本体２にはバネ棒３を収納する先カン２′　を溶接
固定する構造になっている。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
しかし、上述した従来の構造は、時計ケース本体１に設
けた爪引掛は部１ｂの成型に負荷がかかる事と時計ケー
ス本体１のピン穴１ａが取付足１ｃの先端に設けざるを
得ない構造である。そのためピン穴１ａが取付足の先端
に行く種数付足は下がっていき時計ケース本体１と取付
足１ｃの下面との差■（が大きくなってしまうという、
外観上の問題があった。
本発明は、時計側の成型負荷を低減すると同時に時計ケ
ース本体１を横から見ても取付足１ｃの下面が時計ケー
ス本体下面に対して下りすぎる事がない様にして、横見
での外観を美しく保つ事を目的としている。
更に、先カンの長さを短（して、幅の狭い女性用のバン
ドにも使える取付構造を得ようとするものである。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
この発明は時計ケース本体と、前記時計ケース本体の上
面より低い位置に上面を有しかつ前記時計ケース本体よ
り突出する取付足と、バンド本体と、前記バンド本体の
先端部裏面に固着された先カンとからなり、前記バンド
本体の先端部を前記取付足の上面に乗せ、前記取付足の
側面に設けたネジ穴に、先が円錐形のネジを外側より螺
着し、前記ネジの円錐形の部分が前記先カンの取付穴を
前記時計ケース本体側に押しつけることにより、バンド
を時計ケースに取付ける構造において、前記先カンはコ
字状に折り曲げられており、両側の折り曲げられた部分
が下を向くように、バンドの幅方向にそって固着されて
おり、前記先カンの両側の折り曲げられた部分には、取
付穴を有することを特徴とするものである。
〔実施例〕
以下、図面に基づいて本発明の詳細な説明する。
第１図は、本発明の実施例である時計ケース本体１１よ
り突出する取付足６を示す斜視図である。
第２図は前記取付足６とバンド本体４との結合状態を示
す断面図である。
第３図は、バンド先端部４ａを裏面から見た斜視図であ
る。
先カン５はコ字状に折り曲げられ、折り曲げられた両側
には取付穴５ａが設けられている。
先カン５の中央部分が、バンド先端部４ａの裏面に取り
付けられる。
次に取り付けについて説明する。
時計ケース本体１１の取付足るの上面に、バンド先端部
４ａを乗せ、取付足６の側面に設けたネジ穴７に、先が
円錐形のネジ８を外側より螺着し、ネジ８０円錐形の部
分が先カン５の取付穴５ａを時計ケース本体１１側に押
しつけることによって、時計ケース本体１１にバンド本
体４を取り付けることができる。
〔発明の効果〕
以上説明した様に、本発明の構造に依れば、第２図に示
す様に取付足の側面のネジ穴が取付足の根元に設けられ
るため、その分取付足の下面が時計ケース本体下面に近
づき、時計ケースを横からみた時の美しさが増す。又取
付足の内側には、従来構造の様な突出部分がないため成
型上の負荷が非常に低減された。
しかも、本発明による先カンの幅は短いため、幅の狭い
女性用のバンドにも使える。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 時計ケース本体と、前記時計ケース本体の上面より低い
    位置に上面を有しかつ前記時計ケース本体より突出する
    取付足と、バンド本体と、前記バンド本体の先端部裏面
    に固着された先カンとからなり、前記バンド本体の先端
    部を前記取付足の上面に乗せ、前記取付足の側面に設け
    たネジ穴に、先が円錐形のネジを外側より螺着し、前記
    ネジの円錐形の部分が前記先カンの取付穴を前記時計ケ
    ース本体側に押しつけることにより、バンドを時計ケー
    スに取付ける構造において、前記先カンはコ字状に折り
    曲げられており、両側の折り曲げられた部分が下を向く
    ように、バンドの幅方向にそって固着されており、前記
    先カンの両側の折り曲げられた部分には、取付穴を有す
    ることを特徴とする時計ケースとバンドの取付構造。
