Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 平板状圧電磁器素体の板厚方向の少なくと
も一面上に網目状に凹溝を形成し、この凹溝内に
音響負荷媒質を充填し、前記圧電磁器素体の板厚
方向の両面に電極を形成してなることを特徴とす
る圧電振動子。 (2) 前記音響負荷媒質は、有機物、フエライト
混入ゴム、フエラー混入樹脂から選ばれた少なく
とも一種でなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項に記載の圧電振動子。
