波を液面に向けて電波として発射されるべく前記

て受信された前記液面からの反射波を前記発振器
１１の方向に電送する一本の伝送路１３と、該伝
送路の途中に介装されて前記発振器１１から出力
される極超短波と前記探針１４によつて受信され
伝送された反射波とを分離する分波器１２と、該
分波器によつて分離された前記極超短波と前記反
射波とを入力し、夫々の電波の実効値の比から液
面位を算出する液面位算出部１６，１７，１８，
１９とを備え、該液面位算出部からの出力を液面
