て受信された前記液面からの反射波を前記発振器
11の方向に電送する一本の伝送路13と、該伝
送路の途中に介装されて前記発振器11から出力
される極超短波と前記探針14によつて受信され
伝送された反射波とを分離する分波器12と、該
分波器によつて分離された前記極超短波と前記反
射波とを入力し、夫々の電波の実効値の比から液
面位を算出する液面位算出部16,17,18,
19とを備え、該液面位算出部からの出力を液面
