- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 絶縁素体の少なくとも両端に電極が形成さ
れ、この電極間にサーミスタ素子および抵抗体が
併設されていることを特徴とするサーミスタ。 (2) サーミスタ素体および抵抗体を絶縁素体の
一面に積層して形成した実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載のサーミスタ。 (3) サーミスタ素体および抵抗体を絶縁素体の
上下面に各個別に形成した実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載のサーミスタ。 (4) 絶縁素体の電極間に中央電極を設け、この
中央電極と一方の電極との間にサーミスタ素体を
形成すると共に、中央電極と他方の電極との間に
抵抗体を形成した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載のサーミスタ。
