Claims (1)
- フイラメント、グリツド及び陽極からの信号を
陽極基板上に形成したリード端子の配線を介して
外部に引き出す蛍光表示管に於て、前記リード端
子が、半田や導電性ペーストの設置される一部を
除いて絶縁層でその周囲を被覆されたことを特徴
とする蛍光表示管。
