  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 表面波基板の裏面にそれぞれ深さの異なる
    少なくとも２種類の溝を形成した表面波装置にお
    いて、前記溝の浅溝と深溝の深さの差を、それぞ
    れの溝で反射するバルク波の位相差が１８０°±
    ６０°以下になる大きさに設定したことを特徴と
    する表面波装置。 (2) 前記浅溝と深溝の深さの差が６１．５±２
    ０．５μｍに設定されている表面波装置。
