The rod-shaped body is inserted into the cylindrical body and can rotate freely.
Due to the tension of the first heating wire, a protrusion formed at one end of the rod-shaped body engages with the other end of the cylindrical body, and the longitudinal position of the cylindrical body is determined.

A heating element is shown in which a nichrome wire 5 with a wire diameter of 0.2φ is connected in parallel. Spot welded to the protruding end of the round bar 2. Since the cylindrical body 1 is fixed in position, the round bar 2 is moved in the direction of the arrow 1 by the tension of the nichrome wire 5.
When biased in the direction, the flange 3 comes into contact with the cylindrical body 1 and its movement is restricted, so the cylindrical body 1 and the round bar 2 are spot welded, or the round bar 2 is press-fitted or spot welded into the cylindrical body 1. It is possible to define mutual positions without fixing them by, for example,

A threaded portion s may be provided on both or one of the end portions,
FIG. 4 shows a case where the cylindrical body 1 is provided with a threaded portion s. In this case, the parallel connection is, for example, for round bar 2.
A nichrome wire with a wire diameter of 0.4φ is spot welded, and a molybdenum wire with a wire diameter of 0.2φ is screwed into the threaded portion s of the cylindrical body 1 for connection. In this way, the threaded part s

A first heating wire is attached to the other end of the rod-shaped body, and the tension of the first heating wire causes the projection to engage with the other end of the rod-shaped body. Since the second heating wire is brought into contact with the other end of the cylindrical body and connected to the outer periphery of the one end of the cylindrical body, the first
and the second heating wire can be connected in parallel, and since the rod-shaped body is rotatably supported inside the cylindrical body, the cylindrical body can be rotated when connecting the second heating wire. Even when the first heating wire is heated, the first heating wire is not twisted, and the workability is good.
