欠点がある。 Heater devices come in various shapes. For example, heater devices used in electric stoves, electric water heaters, and hair dryers usually have nichrome wire formed into a spiral shape, and the nichrome wire is supported and fixed by a predetermined support. For electric stoves and water heaters, it is sufficient to support and fix the nichrome wire to a heat-resistant material such as ceramic, but for hair dryers, a fan is installed behind the nichrome wire, and the air generated by the fan is applied to the nichrome wire. In order to use hot air, the nichrome wire must be supported in a structure that allows the air to pass through easily. However, the heat exchange efficiency with this structure is not very good because there is little wind hitting the nichrome wire. For this reason, when food products or the like are processed using hot air, the above-mentioned hair dryer type heater structure has the drawback of insufficient heat capacity.

ある。 In FIG. 1, 1 is a case body, and a bottomed cylindrical chamber 2 is housed in the case body 1. As shown in FIG. The chamber 2 is formed by joining a cylindrical body 2a and a bottomed cylindrical body 2b, in which a plurality of hot air intake ports 3 are bored around the outer wall, by means such as welding. Reference numeral 4 denotes a joint, to which one end of a wind tunnel body 5 for supporting and fixing the chamber 2 is fixed, and the other end is fixed to the bottom wall of the case body 1. 6 is a heater whose details will be described later, and this heater 6 connects a heating wire 7a to first and second heat-resistant members 7b and 7c made of ceramic or the like.
The chamber 2 is disposed close to the bottom of the chamber 2 while being sandwiched between the chambers 2 and 2. A motor 8 drives a fan 9, and the motor 8 and the fan 9 are housed within the wind tunnel body 5. 10 is a power cord; 11 is a chute/lid that is attached to the upper part of the case body 1 and partially contacts the upper end surface of the chamber 2; 12 is a vent provided at the lower part of the case body 1; This is the intake port.

When the heat generating wires 7a are arranged in a to 21c and 26a to 26c and the heat generating wires 7a are sandwiched, the wind obtained by the fan 9 passes through the outermost heat generating wire 7a from the first and second ventilation holes 22 and 23. Then, it enters the hot air intake port 3 of the chamber 2 as shown by the arrow in FIG. In this way, all the air obtained by the fan 9 is heated by the heating wire 7a. In other words, a predetermined amount of heat can be obtained with the heating wire 7a which has good heat conversion efficiency and a small capacity.
This is the heating wire 7 at the first and second heat resistant members 7b and 7c.
This is because the air passageway through which the air passes is relatively narrow because the wires 7a are sandwiched, and all of the air hits the heating wire 7a.
Further, by configuring the heater 6 as described above, an extremely compact heater device can be obtained.

ある。 As mentioned above, according to this invention, the first and second
The heat generating wire is held between heat resistant members, a ventilation hole is provided in the first heat resistant member, and the air passing through the ventilation hole is transmitted to the first heat resistant member.
Since it is arranged to pass between the second heat-resistant members, the heat exchange efficiency can be improved, the heating wire can be strongly supported, and there are advantages that it can be formed compactly.
