イツチングする一対のトランジスタ、及びこの一
対のトランジスタからの出力を変圧する変圧器を
有したインバータ装置において、上記一対のトラ
ンジスタの素子温度をそれぞれ検出する温度検出
手段と、この温度検出手段の出力により上記一対
のトランジスタの素子温度の差分を得てこれを増
幅する温度差増幅手段と、この温度差増幅手段の
出力に基づき上記一対のトランジスタそれぞれの
通電角を制御する通電角制御手段とを具備したこ
