Claims (1)
- トランジスタのベース・エミツタ間の電圧によ
り基準接点温度補償を行なうようにした熱電対を
用いた温度測定装置において、前記トランジスタ
のコレクタ・エミツタ間を短絡させるスイツチを
設けたことを特徴とする温度測定装置。
