ーン図である。 １ａ……ネジ部、２……ターニングローラ、３
……圧縮空気ノズル、５……受光装置、６……投
光装置、７……熱風ノズル、８……ブラシ。

Claims (1)
- 水分を含む切削液が付着していることがあるネ
ジ部に光を照射してその反射光の変化を検知する
ことによりネジ部の疵を検査する装置において、
前記ネジ部に熱風を吹付ける熱風ノズルと、前記
ネジ部に転接するブラシと、前記ネジ部に圧縮空
気を吹付ける圧縮空気ノズルとを具備することを
特徴とするネジ部の疵検査装置。
