- 箱形に構成したセラミツクケース基体と、前記
セラミツクケース基体の内部に収容したダブリー
ドを付設した集積回路素子と、前記セラミツクケ
ース基体の上面に装着して前記集積回路素子を封
止するセラミツク板とを備える集積回路装置にお
いて、前記ダブリードを前記セラミツクケース基
体の側壁の外方迄延出して前記集積回路素子を封
止したことを特徴とする集積回路装置。
