BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, there have been various shapes and structures of metal fittings for supporting and fixing architectural boards such as folded-plate type roof boards or wall boards. However, large size (for example, cross-sectional height of about 0.5 m to about 0.8 m and width of about 1 m)

Furthermore, because of its large size, it expands and contracts with heat in its longitudinal direction, but there is no one that can absorb this thermal expansion and contraction while ensuring strong support.

As a result of intensive research to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor developed the present invention by making a large metal chevron shaped into a hollow rectangular cross section, and installing bearing protrusions at both lower ends of the large chevron. The lower end surface of the piece is formed as a semicircular part, the bearing protrusion is pivotally supported by a bearing part provided on the base, and the semicircular part of the lower end face of the bearing protrusion is formed at the lower part of the bearing part. By providing a support device for a large envelope that can slide on an arcuate groove, it can cope well with the thermal expansion and contraction of large construction boards, and has an extremely strong structure, thus solving the above-mentioned problems.

Reference numeral 3 denotes a base, which is formed to have an I-shaped (H-shaped) cross section (see Figures 1 and 6), or a flat plate made of relatively thick material (see Figures 4 and 6). (See Figure 5). A bearing part 4 is bored in the upper surface of the base 3, and bearing protrusions 2 at both lower ends of the large chevron part 1,
2 is pivotally supported by the bearing parts 4, 4, and the semicircular parts of the lower end surfaces of the bearing protrusions 2, 2 are slidable on the arcuate grooves 8 formed at the lower ends of the bearing parts 4, 4. It is configured. In this specific embodiment, the bearing part 4
the through hole 4a provided in the bearing protrusion 2;
A pin 5 is inserted between them, and its large chevron 1 is provided so as to be able to swing relative to the base 3 (left and right sides in FIG. 3), and the semicircular portion of the lower end surface of the bearing protrusion 2 The lower end portions of the portions 4, 4 are configured to be able to slide onto the arcuate groove 6 on the base 3. Dynamically, the load from the large angular portion 1 is slightly received at the pivot points, that is, the five pins, but most of it is received by the six surfaces of the arcuate groove on the base 3. In the base 3, generally, the lower ends of the opposing inclined parts 1b, 1b of the adjacent large angular parts 1, 1 can be pivoted on the same base 3.
The overall length and pivot locations (two locations in the example) are determined as appropriate (see FIGS. 1, 4, and 6). Furthermore, those located at the ends of the roof (gable side, etc.) may be pivoted at only one location on the base 3.

In the figure, 7 is a large chevron section 1 drilled into the base 3.
Reference numeral 8 denotes a bolt projecting from the top 1a of the large chevron portion 1, which is a long mounting hole 8 facing in the longitudinal direction (left-right direction in FIG. 1). Reference numeral 9 denotes a large construction board made of relatively thick metal and long (approximately 10 m to 30 m), the height of which is the same as that of the large chevron section 1, and the width of which is approximately 1 m.
The length is from about 1.5m to about 1.5m. In the middle of the flat bottom portion 9a, one (see FIG. 6) or a plurality of upwardly oriented bulging strips 9b are bent in the longitudinal direction. On both sides of the bottom portion 9a, sloped portions 9c, 9c which are directed outwardly and upwardly and which are relatively high in height are formed. A lateral bulging strip 9d extending in the longitudinal direction is formed above the sloping portion 9c to be bent upward as necessary, and the slanting portion 9c below the lateral bulging strip 9d has a lateral bulging strip 9d extending in the longitudinal direction as appropriate. At a certain interval, the bulging portion 9e
A bulge is formed. Approximately flat top portions 9f, 9f are formed outwardly from the upper ends of the slope portions 9c, 9c, respectively, and vertical portions 9g, 9g are formed above the outer ends of the top portions 9f, 9f, one vertical portion 9g.
A hanging edge 9i of the horizontal portion 9h is provided inside the upper end, and a hanging edge 9i of the horizontal portion 9h is formed outside the upper end of the other vertical portion 9g. 10 is a beam material.

First, the support device is fixed onto the beam 10. That is, the bases 3 and 5 are placed and fixed on the beam material 10 through the long mounting holes 7, etc., taking into consideration the roofing pitch in the width direction of the large-sized enclosure, and then the large-sized construction board 9 is attached.
Large chevron portions 1, 1 of the supporting device at the longitudinal ends of
The bolts 8, 8 at the top 1a of the large chevron 1 are projected above the tops 9f, 9f of the large construction board 9, and fixed with nuts. Although the other end of the large construction board 9 is not shown, it is attached to a fixed support device.

In the present invention, the large angular part 1 made of metal has a hollow rectangular cross section, and the lower end surfaces of the bearing protrusions 2, 2 provided at both lower ends of the large angular part 1 are formed as semicircular parts. The protruding pieces 2, 2 are pivotally supported by bearing parts 4, 4 provided on the base 3, and the bearing protruding pieces 2, 2 are
By making the semicircular portion of the lower end face slidable on the arcuate grooves 6, 6 formed at the lower ends of the bearing portions 4, 4 as a support device for the large outer enclosure, firstly, the large construction board 9 Secondly, it can be supported extremely firmly, and thirdly, it can be made into a simple structure.

To explain these effects in detail, the bearing protrusions 2, 2 at both lower ends of the large chevron 1 are pivotally supported by the bearings 4, 4 provided on the base 3, and the large chevron 1 is attached to the base 3 from the side. Since it is configured to be able to swing freely when viewed from the ground, even if the large construction board 9 is attached to the large chevron 1 and the large construction board 9 expands or contracts due to the outside temperature, the large chevron 1 will not swing. During operation, thermal stress is not generated in each part of the large construction board 9, and deformation and damage due to thermal stress can be prevented, and furthermore, the occurrence of plate rattling phenomena can be prevented.

In particular, in the present invention, both lower ends of the large chevron portion 1 are pivotally supported on the base 3, and the bearing protrusions 2, 2
By making the semicircular portion of the lower end surface of the bearing portions 4, 4 slidable on the arcuate grooves 6, 6 formed at the lower ends of the bearing portions 4, 4, the vertical load applied to the large angular portion 1 is dynamically reduced by the shaft support. The semicircular portion of the lower end surface of the bearing protrusions 2, 2 to which the load is applied, rather than being supported at
It has a structure that can be directly supported by the arcuate grooves 6, 6 at three locations on the base, and has the effect of providing an extremely strong support structure against vertical loads (loads of snow accumulation, heavy roofing materials, etc.).

Furthermore, by making the cross section of the large chevron part 1 into a hollow rectangular shape, the section modulus can be significantly increased compared to a structure made of only plate materials, and as a result,
The strength of the large chevron portion 1 and the structure of the base 3 that supports it act synergistically to provide a strong support device.

Furthermore, a hollow rectangular cross section can be easily manufactured by processing a commercially available square pipe, and can be made relatively inexpensively.
