下部仕切円板27bと調整板29の落下口31,
32より更に下部室内に落下する。下部室に導か
れた肥料は掻出し羽根28bに導かれて円筒容器
底部17aの落下口34より高速回転する散布羽
根19上に落下し、該羽根18の回転によつて均
一に左右に散布される。このようにしてホツパー
内の肥料は順次撹拌羽根18に導入されて円筒容
器17内に排出される。この時肥料中の粗大骨片
等が撹拌羽根18に導入しても該撹拌羽根18の
後端18bが上方に回動して前記粗大骨片を回避
