The generated steam enters the steam cylinder from the end of the copper tube, is stored in the steam reservoir space of the steam cylinder, and is ejected to the outside from the steam outlet as necessary.

Therefore, all the limescale that occurs will accumulate in the steam reservoir space. By cleaning this steam reservoir space regularly, the limescale that occurs can be easily removed, making maintenance management easier. .

The structure is such that the steam flows into the steam reservoir space 7a. In addition, at the left end of the steam cylinder 7 in the figure, there is a steam ejection lower c that communicates with the outside.
A spout socket 9 is screwed into this steam jet lower c. By connecting an appropriate adjustment means to this spout socket 9, steam can be spouted to the outside as required. Further, a cleaning hole 7d is formed above the steam jetting lower c, and a sealing bolt 10 is screwed into the cleaning hole 7d from the outside. This sealing bolt 10 is removed when cleaning the inside of the steam cylinder 7.

It is transmitted and heats the heating body 1. By heating the heating body 1, the copper tube 4 wound around its outer periphery is completely heated, and the water flowing inside the copper tube 4 is vaporized. The generated steam flows from the other end 4b of the copper tube 4 through the inlet socket 8 into the steam reservoir space 7a. Therefore, all the water scale that is generated with the generation of steam will be deposited in this steam reservoir space 7a, and if water scale is accumulated in this steam reservoir space 7a due to long-term use, the sealing bolt 10 should be removed and the cleaning hole By appropriately squirting a compressed cleaning liquid or the like into the steam reservoir space 7a from 7d, limescale can be easily removed from the steam jetting lower c.

。Next, the manufacturing process of the steam generator of this example will be described. The heater 2 and the thermoprotection tube 3 are installed in a predetermined mold, and a molten metal such as aluminum is poured into the mold. The cylindrical heating body 1 is completed with the heater 2 and the thermoprotective tube 3 buried in predetermined positions using the cast molten metal such as aluminum. The copper tube 4 is wound around the outer periphery of the completed heating element 1 by an appropriate means, and then the heating element 1 and the wound tube 11 are placed in another formwork (not shown). By pouring the molten metal into the mold, an outer shell 6 is formed in which the fX tube 4 is wound around the outer circumference of the heating element 1, and this outer shell 6 allows the copper tube 4 to be wrapped around the outer circumference of the heating element 1. The heating element 1 is completely in close contact with the surroundings, and its outer periphery is covered with the outer shell 6, and the outer shell 6 and the heating element 1 are completed as an integrated shape.
