Claims (1)
- 油を充填した筒体内にロツドに結合されたピス
トンを摺動させて油圧減衰力を得るようにし、ロ
ツド端部にはピストン、複数の板材からなるバル
ブを嵌合してロツド端部にナツトを螺合してこれ
らピストン等をロツド端部に結合するようにした
油圧緩衝器において、ナツトの軸方向外方でロツ
ド端末部外周に内径部寄りの軸方向外方にエツジ
部を形成したワツシヤを嵌合し、内周にはロツド
エンドを嵌合するとともに、ロツドワツシヤ、ロ
ツドエンドよりも軸方向外方に延出した部分を軸
方向に圧漬加締付けし、該加締部に前記ワツシヤ
のエツジ部により脆弱部を形成するようにしたこ
とを特徴とする油圧緩衝器のロツド端末機構。
