とを有し、水平移動し得るチヤツク手段、上記リ
ードフレーム載置部上のリードフレームの枚数が
２枚以上の場合には信号を発する検出手段、及び
この検出手段の上記信号を受け、上記チヤツク手
段を水平駆動し、上記第２の吸着部を上記リード
フレーム収容部上へ移動させる駆動手段を備えた
