- 集積回路のリードを接触させるリード接触部と
、このリード接触部を固定するボデイとから成る
集積回路ソケツトにおいて、前記ボデイの側面か
ら前記リード接触部を露出させ、この露出された
リード接触部に波形観測用プローブを挿入できる
開口を設け、この開口に波形観測用プローブを挿
入しかつ固定させることを特徴とした集積回路ソ
ケツト。
