第１〜２図は本考案の金型の一実施例を示す部
分断面図であつて、型開き後の状態を示すもので
あり、第１図および第２図はそれぞれ第４図のＡ
―Ａ線断面図およびＢ―Ｂ線断面図に対応するも
のであり、第３図は押出工程の中途段階の状態を
示す部分断面図、第４図は傾斜移動入子と押出ピ
ンの設置状態を示す模式図、第５図は前記金型で
成形される樹脂製バンパを示す部分斜視図、第６
図は従来の樹脂製バンパを示す部分斜視図、第７
図は第６図に示されるバンパを成形後アンダーカ
ツト部から傾斜移動入子を離脱させる工程を順に
示す説明図、第８図は縦リブを有さない樹脂製バ
ンパの離型時の不具合を示す説明図である。 （図面の主要符号）１：キヤビテイ、２：コア
、３：傾斜移動入子、１０：押出ピン、２２：孔
、２３：アンダーカツト部。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 本体裏面に横リブが一体的に設けられ、該横リ
    ブに孔が穿たれている樹脂製バンパを成形するた
    めの金型であつて、金型の一方に、前記孔を有す
    る部位の横リブの片側面部を形成するための入子
    であり、かつ前記孔に対応する突出部を有する傾
    斜移動入子が設けられると共に、該傾斜移動入子
    の周辺部に離型時に横リブの少なくとも先端部を
    支承する押出ピンが設けられてなる樹脂製バンパ
    成形用金型構造。
