Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の要約〕 本発明の保護用具は、緊密で柔軟かつ薄い合成材料から
なり、特定の用途のための使い捨てされる素材（１）に
よって形成される。この素材（１）は広げて上から見た
場合に、大体ディアボロ状の形状を示し、その上端及び
下端（２）はストラップ（３）によって延長されていて
、相互に少なくとも部分的に重なるようになってい乞。
これらのストラップ（３）の他方のストラップと接触す
る部位は自己粘着特性を示し、一方を他方に簡単に押し
つけることによってストラップが接着することを可能な
らしめている。
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は、試着の際に下穿きとして利用される保護用具
に関する。
〔発明の背景〕
衣料品、特に水着、水泳パンツ、下着、スリップ、パン
ツ或いは細かいボディリンネルなどを試着する場合、人
は常に、衛生上及び審美上の問題に直面する。実際のと
ころ衛生上の理由から、新しい衣料品を試着する場合に
は少なくともパンツを身に着けていることが必要である
。
しかしこのことは屡、特に水着や細かいボディリンネル
を試着する場合に、その試着した衣料品が完全に好都合
なものか否かを人が正常に見ることを妨げる。なぜなら
、人が身に着けたままであるパンツは、試着された衣料
品の下から線や折り目を生じたり厚みを変えたりするこ
とにより、その外観を変化させてしまうからである。
そのため多くの人々は、自分達の肌の上に何等の保護な
しに直接に衣料品を試着しようとする誘惑に駆られるが
、これは何等かの程度で、特にその衣料品が最終的に購
買されなかった場合に衛生を損なうものである。さらに
、人が身に着けたままであるパンツによってもたらされ
る保護とても、非常に危険性を含んだものである。とい
うのは、そのパンツそれ自体も完全に清潔なものではな
いかも知れないし、また決して密着しているものではな
いからである。
〔発明の目的〕
本発明は上記の欠点を改善するという課題を有し、特許
請求の範囲第１項の特徴によって区別される、当該特定
の用途用の使い捨て保護用具を得ることをその目的とし
ている。
〔目的達成のための手段〕
添付の図面には、例示のために概略的に、本発明による
用具の幾つかの実施例が示されている。
第１図及び第２図に示された用具は、緊密で柔軟な薄い
プラスチック材料製のシートからなる素材１によって構
成されており、この素材は大体ディアボロ状の形状に切
断されていて、その上端及び下端２には延長部即ちスト
ラップ３が備えられている。
素材１の作成のために使用される合成材料は使用に際し
て丈夫で緊密、柔軟でまた薄く、僅かに弾性があり又は
適度に引張可能であり、折り目を生ぜずに人の形にぴっ
たりとフィツトする。好ましくはこの合成材料は、それ
自体で折り畳まれた場合にそれ自身で糊付は又は接着す
る能力を有している。この能力は使用される材料の性質
自体によるか、或いはストラップ３のある部位が受ける
表面処理、例えば粘着物質でのコーティングによること
ができる。
この保護用具の使用は非常に簡単である。つまり保護用
具を脚の間に配置し、腹部及び臀部を覆って腰のまわり
で閉じればよい。ストラップ３は簡単にあてがうことに
よって他方のストラップへと固定される。
用具のシートは緊密であるから、人は完全な保護を得る
ことができる。またこのシートは非常に薄り、侃えば１
ミリの何十分の１或いはそれ以下であり、柔軟で僅かに
変形可能であるから、これは使用者の身体に完全にフィ
７）し、試着のためにこの保護用具の上に重ねて着られ
る衣料品に対して何の変形も生じさせない。
素材は非常に安価であるから、この保護用具は衣料品の
販売場所で利用者に対して無償で配布することができる
。この保護用具の自動分配装置を備えることも可能であ
る。
総てのお客のニーズを満足させるために、この保護用具
を幾つかのサイズでもって作成することができることも
明らかである。
さらに、この保護用具が無償で配布され得るように、こ
れを広告媒体、特に衣料品の商標の表示用として用いる
ことができることも明らかである。
素材１を構成しているシートは透明又は不透明であるこ
とができる。この保護用具の上に試着される衣料品の外
見の色を変えないようにするために、シートはまた全体
として、好ましくは肌の色に着色されていることもでき
る。
第３図及び第５図に示された本保護用具の第二の実施例
もまた、上記に説明したような、大体ディアボロ状の形
状を示す合成材料の素材１を含んでいる。この素材１の
上部及び下部の隅角は自己接着領域又はバッド４を含ん
でおり、これらは剥離用の紙で覆われていることができ
る。
第５図はこの保護用具の使用を示している。
これは自己接着領域又はバッド４によって、使用者の肌
の上に直接固定される。
第４図に示された変形例においては、素材１の隅角には
耳片５が設けられており、その一方の面は自己粘着性で
ある。保護用具の保管中には、これらの耳片５は折線６
に沿って折り畳まれて素材１にくっついていることがで
きる。
この保護用具を使用するには、耳片５を折り戻して素材
ｌから開き、次いで第５図の場合と同様にして用具を使
用位置に保持するためにその耳片５を使用する。耳片５
の粘着領域は、使用者の肌に対して直接に当てかわれる
。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １　衣料品を試着するための保護用具であって、該用具
    は緊密で柔軟且つ薄い合成材料の、当該特定の用途用の
    使い捨て素材により構成されているということと；該素
    材は上方から見て平面状としたときに大体ディアボロ状
    の形状を示し、その上端と下端には簡単な圧力により該
    端部が接着することを可能ならしめる自己接着特性を示
    す領域を含んでいることを特徴とする保護用具。 ２　前記素材の上端及び下端には一方を他方に部分的に
    重ねるようにした横方向のストラップが備えられ、これ
    らのストラップが他方のストラップと接触する部位は自
    己粘着特性を示すことを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第
    １項記載の用具。 ３　各々のストラップの少なくとも一方の面は自己粘着
    層を含んでいることを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第２
    項記載の用具。 ４　用具は広告表示を含んでいることを特徴とする、特
    許請求の範囲第２項又は第３項記載の用具。 ５　用具は全体として肌の色で着色されていることを特
    徴とする、特許請求の範囲第２項又は第３項記載の用具
    。 ６　前記自己接着領域は使用者の肌に直接接着するよう
    になっており、用具をその位置で固定することを特徴と
    する、特許請求の範囲第１項記載の用具。 ７　前記自己接着領域は素材の隅角に配置されているこ
    とを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第６項記載の用具。 ８　前記素材の隅角は耳片を含み、該耳片の一方の面は
    自己粘着性であって使用者の肌の上への直接の粘着によ
    り用具を固定するようになっていることを特徴とする、
    特許請求の範囲第６項記載の用具。
