Claims (1)
- 円筒体底面を密封した絶縁体と、該絶縁体を各
々貫通固着する直線状の第１電極と該第１電極と
略平行して該第１電極よりも長く、かつ先端で前
記第１電極の下方に弯曲した第２電極と、該第１
電極と第２電極の先端部間に接続された感温素子
と該感温素子、前記第１電極、第２電極および上
記絶縁体とで囲まれた空間を満たす樹脂等の絶縁
体とを有し、該絶縁体が流体の流れ方向に沿つて
薄く形成され且つ前記感温素子はその外周部が該
絶縁体から露出するように埋設されていることを
特徴とする流れ検出器。
