Prefabricated houses such as prefabricated storage sheds generally do not have ceilings, and this causes problems such as the internal temperature rising due to sunlight and thermal deterioration of stored items. The fact that it was exposed spoiled the aesthetic appearance from inside the warehouse. If a ceiling were to be installed to solve these drawbacks, not only ceiling panels but also ceiling structural materials would be required, increasing the number of parts and increasing the price.Furthermore, the structure of the assembly house itself would become complicated, making it difficult to assemble. It also makes the work more troublesome. Here, as shown in FIG. 1, a beam material whose both ends are fixed to pillar materials (not shown) and is suspended horizontally on the ceiling has a U-shaped cross section with an opening at the bottom, and the upper end of the wall panel 3 At the same time, a horizontal piece 2 is provided which is bent toward the indoor side from the lower end edge of the beam 1 on the indoor side, and the end of the ceiling panel 5 is placed on this horizontal piece 2. It is conceivable to set the Since the ceiling panel 5 is installed using beam materials, no members other than the ceiling panel 5 are required, and the ceiling can be easily formed. However, simply fitting the beam material 1 and the wall panel 3 together leaves a problem in terms of strength, so it is necessary to secure them together. However, if bolts 15 were used as shown, This fixing work is not easy and becomes time-consuming.

The present invention was developed in consideration of these points, and its purpose is not only to easily install a ceiling, but also to easily and firmly fix beams and wall panels. It is possible to provide an assembly house structure.

Therefore, in this invention, the upper end of the wall panel is fitted to the inner surface of a U-shaped beam with an opening at the bottom to form the peripheral wall of the assembly house, and the outdoor side piece is brought into contact with the outdoor surface of the wall panel. The above-mentioned beam is fixed to the wall panel with a wedge material placed between the indoor side of the beam and the indoor side of the wall panel, and the lower end of the indoor side of the beam is fixed to the wall panel. The ceiling of the assembly house is constructed by providing a horizontal piece bent toward the indoor side and placing a ceiling panel on the top surface of the horizontal piece. In addition to installing the panels, the beams are fixed to the wall panels with wedges. The present invention will be described in detail below based on the illustrated embodiment. Fig. 2 shows an embodiment of the present invention, which has the same basic configuration as the conventional example described above, and has a U-shaped cross section with an open bottom. A horizontal piece 2 is bent toward the indoor side from the lower end of the indoor side piece of the metal beam 1, and the end of the ceiling panel 5 is placed on this horizontal piece 2. Here, the wall panel 3 and the beam 1 are fixed by press-fitting a wedge 16 between the inner surface of the beam 1 and the indoor side surface of the wall panel 3. In other words, by press-fitting the wedge 16, which becomes thinner toward the top, from below between the indoor side of the beam 1 and the wall panel 3, the outdoor side of the beam 1 is brought into contact with the outdoor side of the wall panel 3. The beam material 1 is then fixed. In place of the wedge 16, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a fixing wedge 6 installed from the upper end surface of the wall panel 3 to the indoor surface, which is thinner in the downward direction, is used. It is also possible to cover the beam member 1 with a narrower opening width. Wall panel 3 to which beam material 1 is fixed in this way
A peripheral wall of the assembled house 4 is formed by placing the ceiling panel 5 on the horizontal piece 2 of the beam 1 to form the ceiling of the assembled house 4. Thereafter, as shown in FIG.
A roof fixing material 19 fixed to the upper surface and having a roof panel 18 fixed thereto is coupled with a horizontal member 17 using fixing screws 20 to fix the roof panel 18. A space 21 formed between the lower surface of the roof panel 18 and the ceiling panel 5 acts as a heat insulating space to suppress an increase in temperature inside the refrigerator due to solar radiation. In addition, the ceiling panel 5 can maintain its aesthetic appearance by preventing the horizontal members 17 and the portions of the beams 1 other than the horizontal pieces 2 from being exposed inside the refrigerator. Incidentally, if a stopper 22 is cut and raised from the horizontal piece 2 of the beam 1 and the end edge of the ceiling panel 5 is brought into contact with this stopper 22, the ceiling panel 5
Shaking can be prevented. At least one stopper 22 is required for each beam 1.

As described above, in this invention, since the ceiling panel is installed using beam materials, it is possible to minimize the increase in the number of parts and price associated with the installation of the ceiling panel. Since the beams that support the panels are fixed to the wall panels with wedges, the beams can be easily and firmly fixed to the wall panels.
