をシリンダヘツドに嵌装すると共に、クランクシ
ヤフトの回転に連動して往復動する前記ピストン
バルブを該円筒体内に嵌装し、かつ前記透孔は燃
焼室側の開口端部からその開口面積が徐々に拡大
するような形状に形成されてなることを特徴とす
