〈発明の目的〉 本発明は、これらの欠点を解決する為、電気コネクタの
容易な製造方法に関し、安価な電気コネクタを提供する
ことを目的としてなされたもので、その要旨とするとこ
ろは、電気コネクタ用接触子において、電気コネクタに
圧入固定する為の本体部を中間に設け、その本体部と同
等板厚の雄端子をほぼ45°に曲げて本体部の下方に形
成し、その本体部の上方には結線の為の接続子を有する
と共に、その接続子の側面から上方に連結部を設け、更
に連結部の上端には横方向に連結されたキャリヤ体で固
定される様に構成し、上記接触子のピッチを電気コネク
タの端子ピッチと同一に形成させて、上記接触子を電気
コネクタへ一括圧入することを可能にしたことを特徴と
する。

上端には横方向に連結されたキャリヤ体で固定される様
に構成し、上記接触子1のピッチを電気コネクタ3の端
子ピッチと同一に形成する。

【特許請求の範囲】 1)電気コネクタ用接触子において、電気コネクタに圧
入固定する為の本体部を中間に設け、その本体部と同等
板厚の雄端子をほぼ45°に曲げて本体部の下方に形成
し、その本体部の上方には結線の為の接続子を有すると
共に、その接続子の側面から上方に連結部を設け、更に
連結部の上端には横方向に連結されたキャリヤ体で固定
される様に構成し、上記接触子のピッチを電気コネクタ
の端子ピッチと同一に形成したことを特徴とする電気コ
ネクタ用接触子。 2)前記雄端子部の陵線部をつぶした形状とし、このつ
ぶし形状部を接点部としたことを特徴とする特許請求の
範囲第1項記載の電気コネクタ用接触子。 3)前記本体部より上端の部分を板厚の異なる板材とし
たことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記
載の電気コネクタ用接触子。 4)前記第1項、第2項又は第3項記載の接触子におい
て、前記接触子と同一ピッチの端子保持用孔を有する絶
縁体に前記接触子を一括圧入した後、キャリヤ体を切断
して組み立てたことを特徴とする電気コネクタ。
