Claims (1)
- レーザ発振器と、該レーザ発振器からのレーザ
光を変調するレーザ変調器と、ポリゴンミラーと
、該ポリゴンミラーで反射されたレーザ光をＦθ
レンズ、シリンドリカルレンズを介して入射する
感光ドラムと、前記ポリゴンミラーで反射された
レーザ光を検出するレーザ光検出器を備えたもの
において、前記レーザ光検出器に入射するレーザ
光は前記シリンドリカルレンズを通過した後入射
する構成としたことを特徴とするレーザ光走査装
置。
