Not only is it a good hot water, but it also incorporates the carbon dioxide gas contained in the combustion gas, so when used for bathing, it has effects such as relieving fatigue, which hot water made by heating regular tap water in a bath pot does not have. It is predicted that its uses will be quite wide.

As disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 983, a net-like object is suspended from the lower end of an umbrella-like object without ventilation holes, or as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 37-17440, a flame dispersion body is used. This is because the umbrella-shaped object called "Umbrella-shaped object" is supported in multiple stages with intervals, or the umbrella-shaped object is louvered into a complicated shape to prevent water from falling onto it.

From a burner 4 such as a gas burner or oil burner (not shown) installed in the high-temperature gas supply chamber 3 or a burner (not shown) installed below the combustion flame spout that penetrates the hot water storage section 2. A device (hereinafter referred to as an engine, etc.) that burns the supplied fuel or burns fuel such as an engine or turbine installed in a remote location separate from the heater body 1 (hereinafter referred to as an engine, etc.) The high-temperature gas is supplied from the heater body 1 and is discharged from the upper part of the heater body 1 after heating the water by coming into direct contact with the water, as will be described later. 5 is an endothermic chamber provided in the high temperature gas supply chamber 3;
This heat absorption chamber 5 is divided from the high temperature gas supply chamber 3 by a perforated plate 6 made of a heat-resistant metal plate.
Second, the heat absorbing material 7 is filled. This perforated plate 6 has a top portion 6
.. From 1, it has a shape with slopes that form water films on both the top and bottom surfaces and allows water to flow down on all four sides, that is, in practical terms, it has a shape such as a cone or pyramid with an inclination angle of 10 degrees or more,
A large number of openings 6b are provided in which a water film 11 can be formed by surface tension. In order for the perforated plate 6 to form a water film 11 on both its upper and lower surfaces and allow water to flow down, and for the opening holes 6b to form a water film 11 due to surface tension, the perforated plate 6 must be The surface has a good affinity with water and has an inert film such as oil or a shiny stainless steel surface so that water can flow forming a thin water film 11 on both the upper and lower surfaces. It is necessary that the In addition, the heat absorbing material 7 is attached to the perforated plate 6 so as not to destroy the water 11!1a11 formed in the opening hole 6b due to surface tension as shown in part A of FIG.
It is necessary that it is placed so that it does not protrude from the bottom surface of the 8 is a water supply nozzle that is installed above the heat absorbing material 7 in the heat absorbing chamber 5 and sprays water to be heated onto the heat absorbing material 7; 9 is a water supply nozzle that is installed above the heat absorbing chamber 5 of the heater main body 1 and supplies high temperature water; This is an exhaust stack through which high-temperature gas rising from the gas supply chamber 3 and heating water in the endothermic chamber 5 is discharged.

The water film 11 is formed along the upper and lower surfaces of the perforated plate 6 to the periphery of the perforated plate 6 and flows down, and the periphery of the high temperature gas supply chamber 3 is heated by the high temperature gas. The hot water is heated in the process of forming a water film 12 along the flow and flowing down, and is further heated from the upper surface of the hot water stored in the hot water storage section 2 to become hot water at a desired temperature.

なのである。In the direct-contact hot water heater according to the present invention as described in detail below, the perforated plate 6 forms a water film 11 on both upper and lower surfaces of the perforated plate 6 during the heating process of hot water, and has slopes on all four sides to allow water to flow down. The many openings 6b provided on the slope are capable of forming a water film 11 due to surface tension, and the heat absorbing material 7 is disposed in such a manner that it does not protrude from the bottom surface of the perforated plate 6. The water that is sprinkled onto the heat absorbing material 7 from the heat absorbing material 7 in the heat absorbing chamber 5 forms a water film 11 along both the upper and lower surfaces of the perforated plate 6, and flows down to the high temperature gas supply chamber 3 through the opening hole 6b. Since water droplets do not fall, if the high-temperature gas supply chamber 3 is equipped with a burner 4 that burns fuel directly within it, there is no chance of the burner 4 misfiring or worsening the combustion of the fuel. Furthermore, the water flowing down through the heat absorbing material 7 forms a water film 11 on both the upper and lower surfaces of the porous Fi 6 and a water film 12 along the entire four circumferential walls of the high temperature gas supply chamber 3 before flowing down. Also, the wall surface of the high temperature gas supply chamber 3 is not overheated, and the water film 11 on the lower surface of the perforated plate 6 is reduced compared to a conventional direct contact type hot water heater.
and a water film 1 along the entire four circumferential walls of the high-temperature gas supply chamber 3
Since the contact area between the high temperature gas and water increases by the area of the water film in step 2, the heat transfer efficiency of the high temperature gas is very good.

3) An endothermic chamber (5) filled with an endothermic material (7) above.
) is provided, and water is sprinkled onto the heat absorbing material (7) from above the heat absorbing chamber (5) to separate the falling water and the high temperature gas supplied to the high temperature gas supply chamber (3). In a direct-contact type hot water heater that obtains hot water at a desired temperature in the hot water storage portion (2) by direct contact, a perforated plate (6) supporting the heat absorbing material (7) is attached to both upper and lower surfaces of the heat absorbing material (7) from the top (6a). The perforated plate (6b) is provided with a large number of opening holes (6b) that form a water film (11) and have slopes around the four peripheries that allow water to flow down through surface tension. ) A direct contact type hot water heater characterized in that the heat absorbing material (7) is disposed in such a manner that the heat absorbing material (7) does not protrude from the lower surface of the heater. 2. The direct contact type hot water heater according to claim 1, wherein the high temperature gas supply chamber (3) is a chamber in which fuel is combusted. 3. The direct contact type hot water heater according to claim 1, wherein the high temperature gas supply chamber (3) is a chamber to which combustion gas from an engine or the like is supplied.
