    する部所に設けられた主軸封水装置と、前記ラン
    ナボスカバーより下位に設けられた吸出管とから
    なるカプラン水車において、 前記主軸の前記主軸封水装置の付近に開口し、
    前記主軸および前記ランナボスを貫通し、前記ラ
    ンナボスカバー内を経て前記吸出管に開口する排
    水管、所内給気源より自動弁を介して前記上カバ
    ーに接続される給気管よりなり、前記給気管より
    前記上カバーに圧縮空気を給気して前記排水管よ
    り前記上カバー内に蓄積された漏水を前記吸出管
    に排出することを特徴とするカプラン水車の上カ
    バー排水装置。
