[Detailed explanation of the invention] (a) Field of industrial application This invention eliminates the danger of electric shock due to leakage current from the anode terminal of a cathode ray tube in a television receiver using a steel cabinet. Regarding. (b) Prior Art The prior art will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. In Figures 1 and 2, 1, 2, 3
are cabinets, of which 1 forms the front plate and 3 forms the back cover. Reference numeral 2 forms an intermediate portion, which is made of a steel plate in order to suitably perform external magnetic shielding of the cathode ray tube 4. The front enlarged portion 4a of the cathode ray tube 4 is provided with reinforcing conductive bands 5 made of a conductor, and the four corners of the reinforcing conductive bands 5
ear piece 6 for attaching to the cabinet part 2
is provided. Reference numeral 7 denotes a conductive portion provided on the rear of the cathode ray tube 4 by coating it with a conductive material, and the conductive portion 7 is coupled to a ground potential portion 21 of the substrate 11 via a wire 20 of a ground connector. Reference numeral 8 denotes a degaussing coil, which is stretched by supports 9 attached to the ear pieces 6 and the like. 1
0 is the anode terminal and flyback transformer 1
A high voltage is applied from the terminal 2 through the high voltage lead wire 13. The anode terminal 10 is covered by an anode cap 14 provided at the tip of a high voltage lead wire 13. In such a television receiver, when an anode current leaks from the anode cap 14, a spark is generated between the anode terminal 10 and the conductive part 7, blowing away the conductive part 7, and eventually the anode terminal The distance from the anode terminal 10 to the conductive band 5 is shorter than the distance from the anode terminal 10 to the conductive part 7, and a spark is generated between the anode terminal 10 and the cabinet 2 or the conductive band 5, and a high voltage is applied to the cabinet 2. There is a risk of electric shock to the user. In order to prevent this, an insulator 18 is provided between the anode terminal 10 and the conductive band 5, a metal fitting 19 is fixed with a screw 23 to the anode terminal 10 side of the insulator 18, and a wire 20 of the earth connector is attached to the metal fitting 19. By fixing the leakage current with the screw 23, the leakage current is caught by the metal fitting 19 and bypassed to the earth potential section 21 via the wire 20. However, in the television receiver having the above structure, the metal fitting 19 is required, and the screws 23 for attaching the metal fitting 19 and the wire 20 to the insulator 18 are also required, and the number of man-hours is also large. (c) Purpose of the invention The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and by giving the wire of the earth connector the function of a conventional earthing metal fitting, the earthing metal fitting and screw are eliminated, and work efficiency is improved. The objective is to reduce the cost of television receivers. (d) Structure of the invention The invention provides an insulator between the anode terminal of a cathode ray tube and a conductor to insulate the two, a hook part on the insulator, and a hook part provided in the vicinity of the anode terminal by the hook part. This television receiver is characterized in that a ground connector wire is placed at the bottom. (E) Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5. Furthermore, in Figures 3 to 5,
Components that are the same as those in FIGS. 1 and 2 are given the same reference numerals, and redundant explanation will be omitted. Reference numeral 24 designates a hook portion provided on the insulator 18 for arranging the wire 20 of the earth connector near the anode terminal 10, and 25 represents a support portion for supporting the degaussing coil 8. Further, the wire 20 is in contact with the conductive part 7. Further, the shortest distance between the wire 20 and the anode terminal 10 is sufficiently shorter than the distance between the anode terminal 10 and the cabinet 2 and the distance between the anode terminal 10 and the conductive band 5, and the shortest distance between the anode terminal 10 and the conductive part 7. are set to be approximately the same. To assemble the above-mentioned television receiver, first, the insulator 18 is attached to the cathode ray tube 4 by inserting the hole 26 of the insulator 18 into the lug 6 of the cathode ray tube.
Then, the wire 20 and the degaussing coil 8 are attached to the support part 2.
5. After attaching the cathode ray tube 4 to the cathode ray tube 4 using the hook portion 24 or the like, the cathode ray tube 4 is fixed to the cabinet 2 with screws 27. Then, the other end 20a of the wire 20 is fixed to the ground potential section 21 with a screw 28. As mentioned above, the ground connector wire 20 is
Since it is installed near the anode terminal 10, the leakage current from the anode terminal 10 is caught and shunted to the ground potential section 21. Therefore, sparks do not occur between the anode terminal 10, the cabinet 2, and the conductive band 5, and the conductive part 7
The conductive portion 7 will not be blown away due to generation of sparks between the anode terminal 10 and the anode terminal 10. Further, since the wire 20 plays the role of a conventional metal fitting, metal fittings and screws are not required, and the structure of the insulating portion 18 is also simplified. (f) Effects of the invention As described above, according to the invention, the hook part is provided on the insulator and the wire of the earth connector is installed near the anode terminal, so the metal fittings and screws for fixing the metal fittings can be omitted, and the work is simplified. The man-hours are also reduced and the cost of television receivers can be reduced.
