た。 In conventional headphones, especially small and lightweight headphones, the headband slide mechanism has a resin arm attached to the horn unit, and the end of the headband slides within this arm. Ta. However, in this structure, since the arm part is made of resin, it is difficult to form it into a pipe shape, and therefore a cover is required on the back side of the arm part. Therefore, there is a limit to how thin and small such an arm portion can be made, and the number of parts increases, making it unsuitable for the purpose of reducing the size and weight of a headphone.

It is set to be considerably smaller than the inner diameter of the cylindrical wall portion 11 so that it can move freely within the cylindrical wall portion 11. Further, a horizontal bar portion 20 is formed in the diametrical direction of the cylindrical portion 19, and the horizontal bar portion 20

First, insert the connecting body 9 into the case 22 and direct the locking claws 16a, 16b toward the window hole 23 of the case 22, then insert bent pliers into the holes 18a, 18b of the connecting body 9 and tighten them. The locking claws 16a and 16b are each pushed inward to narrow the gap between them. Next, the bent part of the arm part 4a is inserted into the window hole 23 of the case 22, and the locking claws 16a, 16b with the narrowed spacing are inserted into the notch hole 5, and the narrowing part added to the locking claws 16a, 16b is inserted. When the attachment force is released, the locking claws 16a and 16b expand outward due to the restoring force, and the upper ends 5a and 5b of the cutout hole 5 fit into the locking grooves 17a and 17b, respectively, and the arm portion 4a becomes the connecting body. It is fixed at 9.

Further, since the eaves portion of the connecting body 9 comes into contact with the end surface of the case 22, the fixing is more secure. Thereafter, the horizontal bar portion 20 of the cylindrical portion 19 protruding from the outer surface of the horn unit portion 2a is aligned with the vertical groove 13 of the boss 12, and the cylindrical portion 19 is inserted into the cylindrical wall portion 11.
When pushed in, the sphere 21 formed on the horizontal bar portion 20 pushes out the vertical groove 13 of the boss 12 and fits into the spherical hole 14. Thereby, the horn unit portion 2a is rotatably connected to the connecting body 9.
In addition, the cord 7 connected to the horn unit part 2a
a extends from the notch groove 15 of the connecting body 9 through the notch hole 5 and is pulled out from the lower end 6a of the arm portion 4a. Finally, the name plate 24 is fitted into the case 22 and attached to the outer surface of the connecting body 9, that is, the side opposite to the boss 12.

A notch hole 5 is formed in the intermediate side portion of the arm portions 4a, 4b, and the cords 7a,
7b and connect it to the horn unit part, and also connect the claws 16a and 16b provided in the horn unit part.
and the notch holes 5 of the arm parts 4a, 4b are engaged and fixed, so the arm parts 4a, 4b can be manufactured easily and inexpensively, and the pipe-shaped arm part 4
Since a and 4b can be made of light metal such as aluminum, they can be thin and lightweight, have high mechanical strength, and have an excellent appearance, making them particularly suitable for small and lightweight headphone.
