【発明の詳細な説明】 ３、発明の詳細な説明］ 改」光」 本発明は自動車両のヒツチ（連結）装置に関し、特に、
単一の後輪を備えた車両のための自己収納ピッチ装置に
関する。
殆どの作業車両において、ピッチ装置を備えることは望
ましいことである。方向転換する場合にターン半径をゼ
ロ若しくは殆どゼロにするために後輪を単−輪とした車
両においては車両の後部から伸張するヒッチ装置は、当
該車両が方向転換する場合に、辺りのものに損傷を与え
たり、方向転換の支障になったりする場合が生じる。
光肌α■昨 本発明は、以上の点に鑑み、選択的に牽引位置と収納位
置とすることができるヒツチ装置を提供することを目的
とするものである。
光１しΣ匪城工 すなわち、本発明に係るヒツチ装置は単一の後輪と、該
後輪の両側から延びているフレームと、該フレーム上に
支持されたボディとを有する車両のピッチ装置であって
、ほぼＣ形とされ、両端が上記後輪の両側で上記フレー
ムに枢着されており、持ち上げられた収納位置と、下げ
られた牽引位置との間で可動の支持部材と、該支持部材
の中央部分に取付けられて外方に延びているピッチプレ
ートと、支持部材が動かないように選択的にロックする
手段とを有することを特徴とするものである。
日の　　び 本発明に係るピッチ装置は、以上の如き構成を有するも
のであり、必要に応じて当該ヒツチ装置を収納位置及び
牽引位置にすることができ、上述の如き問題を解消する
ことが出来る。
火厳涯 第１図には、本発明に係るヒツチ装置を備えた車両１０
が示されており、該車両は単一の後輪１４と一対の前輪
１２とを有している。車両ボディ１６はフレーム１８上
に支持されており、上方後部部分２０を有している。刈
取機２２が車両１０の前方に取り付けられている。単一
の後輪は、当該車両をターン半径ゼロ若しくは殆どゼロ
でターンするのを可能とする。
本発明に係る自己収納ピッチ装置３０は、ほぼＣ形の支
持部材３２を有しており、その両端は、ピボットピン３
４によってフレーム１８に枢着されている。支持部材の
中央部分は外側に延びているヒッチプレート３６を支持
しており、両端はバネ付勢のロックビン３８を有してい
る。
第４図に示されているように、各ロックピン３８はスロ
ット付きブラケット４０及びバネ４４によって伸張位置
に付勢されているピン４４とを有している。ハンドル４
６がピン４２の開口に受は入れられており、それが支持
部材と係合するときに停止手段として作用する。ピン４
２を手前に引込めるためには、ハンドル４６を後方に引
く。
ピン４２を引込位置にロックするためには、ハンドル４
６を回転して、スロッｌ〜付きブラケット４０内のスロ
ットに係合する。
第２図及び第３図に示すように、ピッチ装置３０は水平
の牽引位置と持ち上げられた収納位置との間で枢動出来
るようになっている。牽引位置においては、ピン４２は
フレーム１８の開口と係合して支持部材をロックする。
収納位置においては、ピン４２がフレーム１８の下側に
係合し、支持部材３２が下方に動くのを阻止する。収納
位置にあるときは、支持部材３２の後部部分の内側が車
両ボディ１６の上方後部部分３０にほぼ一致する。
ヒツチ装置を牽引位置から収納位置に持ち上げるには、
ピン４２をフレーム１８の開口から引き込み、当該ピッ
チ装置をピボットビン３４の周りで回動して上方に動か
す。支持部材３２が上方位置に達すると、ピン４２がフ
レーム１８の下側とスナップ係合する。ピッチ装置を降
ろすには、ビ、ン４２を引込み、支持部材３２を下方に
動かして、ピン４２がフレーム１８の開口とスナップ係
合して当該ピッチ装置を牽引位置にロックするようにす
る。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、単一の後輪と、該後輪の両側から延びているフレー
    ムと、該フレーム上に支持されたボディとを有する車両
    のヒッチ装置において、 ほぼＣ形とされ、両端が上記後輪の両側で上記フレーム
    に枢着されており、持ち上げられた収納位置と、下げら
    れた牽引位置との間で可動の支持部材と、 該支持部材の中央部分に取付けられて外方に延びている
    ピッチプレートと、 支持部材が動かないように選択的にロックする手段と、
    を有する車両のヒッチ装置。 ２、上記ロック手段がバネ付勢されたピンを有すること
    を特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項に記載のヒッチ装置
    。 ３、上記支持部材が、収納位置とされたときに上記車両
    の外部輪郭にほぼ一致するような形状とされていること
