The outer skin 12 completely covers the surface of the elastic sheet 14 and reaches the back surface of the substrate 111 via the periphery of the substrate 111, and the inner surface of the edge of the outer skin 12
The legs 112 are superimposed and welded to the inner surface of the edge of the back skin 13 that is in contact with the back surface of the substrate 111. Decorative button 1 configured in this way
0 is attached to a retainer 30 made of nylon and fixed to the back surface of the seat cover 21 constituting the back portion 20a of the seat 20. As shown in FIG. 4, the retainer 30 consists of a flat plate 31 and a flat plate leg 32 integrally formed perpendicular to the flat plate 31. One end of the leg 32 is attached to a C ring 33.
The mounting portion 31 is fixed to the seat spring 22 via the seat pad 23, and its mounting portion 31 is in contact with the back surface of the seat cover 21 through the space between the seat pads 23. Furthermore, the attachment portion 31 of the retainer 30 is provided with two insertion holes 311 corresponding to the leg portions 112 of the button base material 11, and by pressing the decorative button 10 from the outside of the seat cover 21, The leg portion 112 of the button base material 11 is fitted into the insertion hole 311, and is prevented from coming off by the large diameter portion 112a of the leg portion 112.
The decorative button 10 attached to the back 20a of the sheet 20 in this way functions as a decorative button for the sheet 20, as shown in FIG.
Peripheral welded part 1 of both front and back skins 12 and 13 covering 1
01 is located on the back surface of the button base material 11 and cannot be detected from the outside, so that the aesthetic appearance is not impaired by the peripheral welded portion. As a result, the decorative button 10 exhibits an extremely high decorative effect.

消することが必要である。 As described above, the decorative button 10 which is novel and has a high decorative effect is suitably manufactured by the process shown in FIG. 5, for example. That is, first, an elastic sheet 14 made of foamed polyurethane whose back surface is coated with an adhesive is attached to the surface of the substrate 111 of the button base material 11 made of nylon (see A in the same figure), and the surface is polychlorinated. It is covered with a sheet-like outer skin 12 made of vinyl, and its back side is covered with a film-like back skin 13 made of polyvinyl chloride, which has greater heat shrinkability than the outer skin 12 (see figure B). Then,
The contact parts of these front and back skins 12 and 13 are high-frequency welded along the periphery of the button base material 11, and the front and back skins 12 and 13 are
2 and 13 are cut along the outer periphery of the welded portion 101 (see C in the same figure). Finally, this is heat-treated for 7 to 8 minutes at an optimal temperature of 100 to 150°C at which the lining 13 is thermally shrunk. As a result, the inner skin 13 undergoes heat contraction almost uniformly, and the outer skin 12 is caused by the heat shrinkage force generated at this time.
is pulled almost evenly toward the inner surface of the button base material 11. As a result, the welded portion 101 of the front and back skins 12 and 13 located along the periphery of the button base material 11 moves to the back surface of the button base material 11 (see D in the figure). By the way, in this manufacturing example, the button base material 11
Since the elastic sheet 14 interposed between the substrate 111 and the skin 12 can be deformed by pressure, the elastic sheet 14 can be deformed by pressure during heat treatment without considering the tensile allowance for the skin 12 in advance. The welded portion 101 of the front and back skins 12 and 13 is easily pulled by the button base material 11, and the welded portion 101 of the front and back skins 12 and 13 smoothly transfers to the back surface of the button base material 11. Also,
At this time, since the skin 12 is in close contact with the elastic sheet 14 along almost the entire surface thereof, the head of the decorative button 10 is formed very beautifully. In addition, if the polyvinyl chloride film used as the backing 13 has a directionality in heat shrinkage, a plurality of such films are used by stacking them so that their heat shrinkage directions are different from each other. It is necessary to eliminate the directionality of heat shrinkage in the skin 13 itself.

製造することができる。 As described above, according to this manufacturing example, by using a film that is made of the same type of thermoplastic resin as the material of the outer skin 12 as the back skin 13 and has greater heat shrinkability than the outer skin 12, a new material can be produced. Therefore, it is possible to easily manufacture a decorative button 10 having an extremely high decorative effect.

Leave an allowance for the tension in advance and attach both the front and back skins 1.
2 and 13, it is not necessary to interpose the elastic sheet 14 between the substrate 111 and the skin 12 of the button base material 11. Further, as described at the beginning, for both the front and back skins 12 and 13, a sheet or film made of an appropriate thermoplastic resin such as polyolefin, polyester, or polyamide is used. In this case, it is necessary to use sheets or films made of the same type of thermoplastic resin for both the front and back skins 12 and 13, taking into consideration the compatibility during welding, and also to consider the heat treatment conditions. It is also necessary to adopt optimal heat shrinkage conditions for the inner skin 13 in relation to the outer skin 12. Note that for the skin 12, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, etc. made of the thermoplastic resin are also suitably employed.
