- 適当間隔を有せしめて回路基板を積層してなる
回路体に於いて、発熱電子部品を取り付ける板状
放熱板に、回路基板連結機構を設けて、積層基板
間のスペーサとしたことを特徴とする回路基板の
積層構造。
