It would have to be stopped, which would hinder business activities. As a result, regular maintenance of air conditioners is neglected, resulting in the problem of shortening the lifespan of the air conditioner itself.

る。 In the above, the mounting metal fittings 41 of the frame 31
The width dimension a between the left and right mounting points and the dimension b between the front and rear mounting points are the width between the contact points on one side and the middle part of the frame 1 of the air conditioner unit A in FIG. The metal fitting 41 of the frame 31 of the heating unit B is attached to a part of the vehicle body side attachment part of the air conditioner unit A, which corresponds to the dimension a' and the dimension b' between the front and rear mounting points, respectively.
The air conditioner unit can be connected and mounted using connecting fittings such as bolts, and the height dimensions c and d of the air intake port 35' of the case 35 and the air outlet 40 of the duct 39 are similar to those of the air conditioner unit. Air intake port 5' of case 5 of A and air outlet 10 of duct 9
The air intake port 35' and the air outlet 40 are set to have the same opening area and position as the air intake port 5' and the air outlet 10 of the air conditioner unit A. Therefore, when the heating unit B is connected and mounted on the vehicle body side attachment part as described above, the air intake port 35' of the case 35 is connected to the lower end opening of the connection duct 13 on the vehicle body side, as in the case of the air conditioner unit A shown in the second figure. Seal member 42
The air outlet 40 of the duct 39 is connected to the air outlet connection duct 17 on the vehicle body through a sealing member 46. The hot water heater 45 is connected to the cooling water outlet of the main engine 21 for driving, as in the case of the air conditioner unit A in FIG. 2, and the hot water heater 45 heats the cooling water after cooling the main engine 21. The cooling water is connected to the cooling water inlet of the main engine 21 so as to be guided to the heater core 36 and thereby returned to the cooling water inlet of the main engine 21 .

のである。 Heating unit B of the present invention configured as described above
When the air conditioner unit A is removed for regular maintenance in the winter, the mounting bracket 41 of the frame 31 is connected to the mounting part on the vehicle body side for attaching the air conditioner unit with bolts, etc., and the hose for circulating cooling water of the main engine is connected. Connector 5
The heating unit B can be installed as an alternative by simply inserting and connecting the damper 4 into the connector 24 on the vehicle body side, and an accurate heating function can be achieved by simply placing the switching damper 20 shown in the second figure on the heating duct side. As a result, air conditioners can be adequately maintained over time without stopping bus service.

In this example, the mounting fittings 41 of the frame 31 are configured to rotate or slide with respect to the frame 31 to adjust the positional deviation with the vehicle body side attachment part for the air conditioner unit, and the case 35
Bellows-shaped flexible tubes 35'' and 38'' are provided at the air intake port 35' and the blower outlet of the blower 38, making it possible to install not only a single type of air conditioner unit but also multiple types of air conditioner units of different types and sizes. It can be used as an alternative heating unit. In FIG. 4, the same reference numerals as in FIG. 3 represent the same parts, and 56 indicates a hose for circulating cooling water for the main engine.

を表わしている。 The embodiments shown in FIGS. 3 to 5 above show an example in which the hot water heater 45 is used to heat the cooling water of the main engine and guide it to the heater core 36. However, as shown in FIG. A combustion device 45' is installed inside the case 35, and the interior air sucked into the case 35 from the air intake port 35' by the rotation of the blower 38 is heated and becomes hot air while flowing around the outer periphery of the combustion device 45'. It is also possible to use a hot air heating system that blows air into the passenger compartment. In this way, there is no need for a hot water circulation system as in the embodiments shown in Figures 3, 4, and 5, and when working as an alternative to the air conditioner unit, the main engine Connection work for cooling water circulation hoses can be omitted. 45'a and 45'b are combustion devices 45'
These are the intake and exhaust ports for combustion. In FIG. 6, the configuration other than the above is the same as the embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, and the same reference numerals represent the same parts.

実用的効果を奏し得るものである。 As described above, according to the present invention, when servicing a bus air conditioner unit, by providing an alternative heating unit that can be installed extremely easily and reliably in the air conditioner unit installation part, the operating rate of the bus can be reduced to a small extent. You can take the time to properly maintain your air conditioner without causing any deterioration, and you can significantly extend the lifespan of your bus air conditioner. In addition, the above alternative heating unit is small, lightweight, and improves indoor air circulation. Since there is no evaporator in the route, it is possible to improve fuel efficiency and heating capacity during the replacement period, and the embodiments shown in Figures 4 and 5 can be used as a replacement for multiple types of air conditioner units. It is possible to replace many bus air conditioners one after another with a small number of heating units, and it is extremely economical, and has many excellent practical effects.
