    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 下部の開口部に吹出口用パンチングプレートが
    着脱自在に取付けられ、かつ内部に高性能フイル
    タを設けたユニツトケースの空気入口部に定風量
    装置を配設して、同装置の操作端をユニツトケー
    スの下部内側に設け、また定風量装置の差圧測定
    用差圧計をパンチングプレート外から見えるよう
    にユニツトケースの下部に取付けてなるクリーン
    ルーム用空気吹出ユニツト。
