幅器を有するものであることを特徴とする近接セ
ンサ。 (2) 前記直線化回路の電圧可変型基準電圧源は
、電源電圧を分圧する抵抗分圧回路と前記抵抗分
圧回路を有し、前記抵抗分圧回路の中点を演算増
幅器の入力端に接続したものであることを特徴と
