てなされていた。 In conventional tremolo devices, the rotation of the bridge base is caused by the rotation of the guitar body 1, as shown in Figure 1.
A fulcrum screw 5 having an annular groove 5a on the outer periphery of the upper part is screwed into the fulcrum screw 5, a recess 3 with one end open in the vertical direction is formed near the tip of the bridge base 2, and a rotation fulcrum with a curved tip on the inner peripheral surface of the recess 3. 4 is formed integrally with the bridge base 2, the tip of the pivot fulcrum 4 contacts the annular groove 5a of the fulcrum screw, and the center of the curved surface of the tip of the pivot fulcrum 4 is aligned with the pivot center A of the bridge base 2.
As a result, the tip of the rotation fulcrum portion 4 slid on the annular groove 5a.

つた。 However, with such a structure, the bridge base 2 itself to which the strings are attached is pulled forward by the string's tension of about 60 kg, and the rotation fulcrum part 4 rotates while receiving this pressure. The tip of the rotation fulcrum portion 4 was always prone to wear on the side in the rotation direction of the bridge base 2 (the upper side in FIG. 1). If the tip of the rotation fulcrum part 4 wears out in this way, the bridge base 2 will not rotate smoothly during tremolo performance, causing subtle changes in the tremolo performance sound, and if it wears further, the tremolo device itself may become unusable. I considered it impossible.

ることを目的とする。 In view of the above-mentioned points, this invention makes it possible to replace the rotational fulcrum part of the bridge base that contacts the annular groove of the fulcrum screw, so that the rotational fulcrum part can always be maintained in a state where it is not worn out, and the bridge base can be moved smoothly. To provide a tremolo device for a guitar that can be rotated and extend the service life of the tremolo device.

である。 In this tremolo device, a bridge base 12 formed by die casting or the like has insertion holes 13 having an oval cross section vertically bored near both sides of the tip, an arcuate annular groove 40a at the center outer periphery, and a threaded portion 40 at the end.
A pin 40 made of cylindrical heat-treated steel or the like having a diameter b is inserted into the annular groove 40a of the insertion hole 13
It is screwed onto the bridge base 12 with the side visible. The direction in which the pin 40 is screwed is approximately perpendicular to the string 25 stretched on the bridge base 12.

なくともV字形であつてもよい。 The cross-sectional shape of the annular groove 15a of this fulcrum screw is such that even when the bridge base 12 is violently rotated during tremolo performance, for example, the bridge base tip 12c comes into contact with the surface of the guitar body 11 and is further rotated. The abutting pin 40 is formed so as not to come off from this annular groove 15a. For example, if the pin 40 is cylindrical as shown in the figure, the cross-sectional half of the pin 40 is slightly larger to correspond to the outer diameter of the pin 40. The axial center of the pin 40 is the upper edge 15b of the annular groove 15a when the pin 40 comes into contact with the circular groove.
It is formed so as to enter the center side of the fulcrum screw 15 from the lower edge 15c, and of course, its shape may be V-shaped in cross section instead of having a semicircular diameter.

The saddle 18 has an insertion hole 18a formed in its center, and a screw 21 is inserted into the insertion hole 18a to connect the string presser 19 and the clamp 20 (see FIG. 4). Then, a part of the clamp 20 is inserted into the hole 12a formed in the bridge base 12 (see Fig. 2), so that it can come into contact with the lower surface of the periphery of the hole 12a, and by tightening the screw 21, the string presser The saddle 18 is fixed to the bridge base 12 because the tool 19 contacts the upper surface of the periphery of the insertion hole 18a and a portion of the clamping tool 20 contacts the lower surface of the periphery of the hole 12a. 23 is a string height adjustment screw that moves the saddle 18 up and down, 22 is a string length adjustment screw that moves the saddle 18 back and forth, and the end of the string 25 passes through the insertion hole 18a of the saddle 18, and the string presser 19
It is held at the tip of the bridge base 12 by being held down.

It comes into contact with the pivot point 14 (Fig. 5,
(see Fig. 6), and an annular groove 40a in the pin.
The center of the location where is provided becomes the rotation center A of the bridge base 12, and the pin 40 moves on the annular groove 15a.

Since it is removably screwed onto 2,
The pin 40 can be replaced with an unworn pin or a pin with good wear resistance, and the screwing direction of the pin 40 is approximately perpendicular to the string 25 stretched on the bridge base 12, so that the rotation axis of the bridge base 12 is relative to the string 25. Coupled with the fact that the bridge base 12 is substantially orthogonal to each other, smooth rotation of the bridge base 12 can be maintained at all times.
In addition to stabilizing the tremolo performance sound, replacing the pin 40 can extend the service life of the tremolo device itself.

When you rotate the bridge base 2 vigorously during tremolo playing, or when you loosen the strings when replacing them,
There was a problem in that the pivot fulcrum part 4 of the bridge base could easily come out of the annular groove 5a of the fulcrum screw, and it was time-consuming to return the pivot fulcrum part 4 to its designated position, but in the tremolo device of the embodiment, the axial centre of the pin 40 fits into the annular groove 15a of the fulcrum screw, and the cross-sectional shape of the annular groove 15a is only slightly larger than the outer cross-sectional shape of the pin 40, so that the pin 40 is unlikely to come out of the annular groove 15a of the fulcrum screw, even when vigorously playing tremolo or when changing strings, and unnecessary time is not required.

However, in the tremolo device of the embodiment, since the fulcrum screw 15 is located in the insertion hole 13 of the bridge base 12, all strings 25
Even when loosened, the fulcrum screw 15 comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole 13 and the bridge base 12 does not come off from the fulcrum screw 15, thereby eliminating unnecessary effort.

The cross-sectional shape of the annular groove 15a of the fulcrum screw is semicircular, which is only slightly larger than the cross-sectional shape of the abutting pin 40, and together with the fact that the cross-sectional shape of the abutting part of the pin 40 is circular, the rotation fulcrum part Since the pin 40 constituting the bridge base 14 is shaped so that it can be easily guided to the center of the annular groove 15a, even if the rotation center A shifts, it will return immediately, and the rotation center A from the guitar body 11 will be fixed before and after the rotation of the bridge base 12. The height can always be maintained constant, making it possible to stabilize the sound before and after playing the tremolo.
