【考案の詳細な説明】
本案はギターの弦振動を電気的信号に変換する
圧電ピツクアツプに係り、目的とする処はピツク
アツプ取付部に特別な工夫、設計を施したり、構
造を大型、複雑化することなしに一般構造ギター
に簡単に取付けることができ、かつ耐久性に優れ
た圧電ピツクアツプを安価に提供するもので、以

プ基体を示し、前記細桿1aの外形状寸法を第3
図に示したギターのブリツジ支持部材に形成され
た条溝に、ブリツジと共に挿着し得るよう適合せ
しめ、また台1bの面積を後述する信号搬送コー
ド用接続器等を設置し得るよう適合せしめてな
る。2は前記基体の細桿1a内部にそのほゞ全長
に亘つて埋設して細桿1aと共に機械電気変換部
Pを構成する可撓性ケーブル形圧電素子で、一端
部を台1b上面の任意箇所から導出してなる。こ
の可撓性ケーブル形圧電素子2は第2図に詳図し
たように金属撚線等を芯材2aにしてその外周
に、圧電磁器粉末とゴムまたは樹脂との複合物圧
電材料よりなる圧電層2bと、金属巻着テープ、
カーボンペースト等の導電層2cを順次被覆形成
した後、芯材2aと導電層2cとの間に電界を印
加し圧電層2bを全長に亘つて一様に分極してな
る。かゝる構成のケーブル形圧電素子は本案目的
のために好ましい。即ち、基体の細桿2aの横断
面寸法が2mm角の場合でも該細桿内部に埋設する
に充分小なる1.4mmφの外径に容易に作ることが
できるだけでなく、衝撃、引張、屈曲等の外的応
力に対して充分高い強度を呈する他、押出連続成
形により安価に得られるからである。3は前記基
体の台1b上に設置され、ケーブル形圧電素子2
の一端の芯材2aと導電層2cをそれぞれインピ
ーダンス変換素子4を介して端子3a,3bに電
気的接続せしめたソケツト、ジヤツク等の接続器
で、ケーブル形圧電素子2に生じた電気的信号を
アンプスピーカシステム(図示しない)に供する
信号搬送コード5を連続するものである。前記イ
ンピーダンス変換素子4は雑音信号を除去し弦振
動による信号のみを確実に抽出するためのもので

ものであるが、本案の圧電ピツクアツプPUはそ
の機械電気変換部Pをブリツジ支持部材11の条
溝11a内にてブリツジ12の直下に該ブリツジ
