Claims (1)
- 物品を検出する光電管等のセンサーの前方に伸
びる防塵フードを設け、該防塵フードの内周に溝
を配すると共にその溝を塞ぎ、かつ、内側に向け
複数個の吹出口を設けた分散リングを組み込み、
前記溝をパージエアー供給口と連通してなる物品
検出センサーの汚損防止装置。
