の内部には錘を係脱自在に係止できる錘係止部１

止部１１が露呈するようにした開閉機構１０が設
けられている。該開閉機構１０は、筒状体９の前
記錘係止部１１に対応する部分の上半部を錘３の
全長の約２〜４倍程度の長さにわたつて切断分離
し、その切断した分離体１２を蝶番（図示せず）
により開閉自在に取り付けることにより構成され
ている。また、錘係止部１１は馬蹄形の係止具を
筒状体１の内面に固着することにより形成されて
