In outdoor beer halls, outdoor restaurants, etc., large parasols are installed on tables not only for the original purpose of sheltering from the sun, but also to enhance the mood of the place. Most of these parasols are made of alternating primary-colored and white fabrics, and are very colorful during the day, but when operating from dusk, harsh lighting that would disrupt the evening mood is discouraged. The drawback is that even the colorful parasols inside are enveloped in darkness, reducing their mood-enhancing effect. In order to eliminate this drawback, miniature light bulbs are attached to the tips of the ribs and made to blink, but since the light source is large and the changes are simple, it has little effect on improving the mood.

The purpose of this invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and its feature is that a light projecting means is provided in a case attached to the end of the support, and the light emitted by the light projecting means is transmitted to one end. To provide a parasol which can create a mood at night by letting light enter at the other end of a group of light guides made up of a plurality of light guides installed along the rib and emitting light at the end of the rib. It is. An embodiment of this invention shown in the drawings will be described in detail below.

Figure 1 shows the overall structure of the parasol of this invention. The parasol, which will be described later, is made to stand on its own by inserting the support into a hole 2 made in the center of the table 1, and from the table pedestal 3 into the support. A cable 4 is drawn out for supplying power from a commercial power source or a battery to a light projecting means housed in a case which will be described later and which is disposed on the support end and is attached to the support end.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the parasol main body 5 includes a plurality of ribs 8, one end of which is pivoted to a rib attachment member 7 attached to the end of a hollow support 6, and a plurality of ribs 8 that are inserted into the support. The rib stay 10 is installed between the slidable member 9 and each of the ribs, and the upholstery fabric 11 has a different color between each of the two ribs and is stretched over the ribs.

A circular support plate 12 is attached to the end of the support 6 with a nut 13 so as to sandwich the center portion of the upholstery 11 between it and the rib attachment member 7 fixed to the support.
A stopper 20 made of an elastic member is attached to the support plate 12, and a case 23 made of a plastic member is fitted with a socket 21 inside which a hood 22 is attached.
A lens 25 is attached to the opening of the hood to convert the light from a halogen lamp 24 attached to the socket 21 into parallel light beams, and these lamps 24 and lenses 25 constitute a light projecting means L. ing.

A group of ten or more optical fibers 26 is attached to each rib 8, 8 of the parasol with a fastening member 27, and one end of the optical fiber 26 is attached to a droplet 28 attached to the end of the rib, as shown in FIG. The other end passes through a rubber bush 29 fitted into a hole in the support plate 12, and is attached to a support member 30 below and facing the lens 25.

The parasol of this invention is constructed as described above, and as shown in FIG. 1, it is erected with the support 6 in the center of the table 1 and used in an open state. From dusk, when the cable 4 is connected to the power source or the power switch is turned on, the halogen lamp 24 lights up, and the light from the halogen lamp 24 passes through the lens 2.
5, the light is focused while reaching the end of the optical fiber group 26, and enters the optical fiber group 26 provided for each stay, and the tips of a large number of unit fibers each included in the optical fiber group 26 are focused. The rib ends emit light as multiple point light sources. In this embodiment, if a colored transparent or colorless transparent film of transparent acrylic resin is used under the ventilation hole formed in the support plate 12 of the upholstery 11, the lens 25
A part of the light that has passed through the umbrella leaks into the umbrella through the ventilation holes and the film and illuminates the entire table, helping to improve the mood.

As mentioned above, in this invention, the light projecting means is provided on the stone protrusion side of the support, and one end of the optical fiber group for guiding the light from the light projecting means is also arranged on the stone protrusion side. As a result, the diameter of the optical fiber group can be increased, and the size of the light projecting means can be freely designed, so a light source with a large amount of light can be used. The amount of light from the tip of the rib increases, and the case not only serves as an illumination effect but also serves as a lighting device, and also allows the light projecting means to be attached and detached even in the event that the light source of the light projecting means is disconnected. Because they are stored inside the parasol, they can be easily replaced, and because the optical fibers are led out from the stone protrusion to the ribs, the optical fibers will not be bent excessively even when the parasol is closed. Therefore, the optical fiber group does not break or break.
