つてしまうという問題があつた。 Conventionally, when laying a rug on a floor, etc., the rug was pasted directly on the floor or the periphery of the rug was nailed with crosspieces to prevent the rug from sliding against the floor. ing. However, when the rug is laid by such means, there is a problem in that the rug becomes dirty or torn, and replacing it requires extremely complicated and large-scale work. In addition, relatively small rugs placed on a part of the floor, such as in entrances, room entrances, or reception rooms, are replaced every season, so they are simply placed on the floor without being pasted or nailed. Therefore, the rug may slip and fall. Furthermore, some carpets for toilets, washrooms, etc. have anti-slip coatings applied directly to the back of these mats, but these treatments are not only extremely time-consuming, but also require the use of rubber and synthetic resin as processing materials. Since the rug is heated, it may damage the rug body, leading to quality deterioration.Furthermore, rug production and anti-slip processing are completely different manufacturing processes, so the rug must be transported back and forth between the two processing plants. There is a production loss due to failure. Therefore, as a solution to the above problem, for example, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-32889, the upper surface of a net-like composition strip is formed into a raised shape with a high central part, and As shown in Publication No. 110714, a method in which a hollow part is formed within the wall of the anti-slip material has been proposed, but in the case of the former, the shape of the front and back surfaces is different, so it is difficult to install the anti-slip material. The disadvantage is that you have to be careful not to confuse the front and back sides, which makes the installation work inefficient, and the latter method requires an extra member to form the hollow, which increases manufacturing costs. I had a problem with putting it away.

In the strip part 2 formed in the shape of a net connected vertically and horizontally by the through hole 1,
A punch hole 3 corresponding to the shape of the strip portion 2 is formed to make the strip portion 2 hollow. When manufacturing this anti-slip material, the third
As shown in the figure, the above-mentioned anti-slip material is divided into two in the thickness direction to form a base body 4 having the same shape. That is, each element 4 has a net shape by arranging a large number of through holes 1' in an elastic thin plate half the thickness of the anti-slip material, and the strip elements 2' continuous in the vertical and horizontal directions in this net shape are One surface is flat and the other surface has a mesh groove 3' corresponding to the element body portion 2'. And 2
When manufactured by joining two pieces of element body 4 with their net-like grooves 3' facing each other and pasting them with adhesive, the front and back surfaces are formed in the same shape, and both the net-like grooves 3' The punch hole 3 is configured by this.

面に対し確実に摺動防止状態で保持される。 Therefore, since it is not integrated with a rug or the like, but is used as a separate piece stacked on top of each other, a complex frictional resistance is generated against the floor surface, and the space created by the large number of through holes 1 is This allows it to adapt to any floor surface and keep all parts in close contact with each other. Moreover, since both sides of the strip section 2 are flat, the sliding resistance against the floor surface is large, and furthermore, the strip section 2 is hollow. A wedge action occurs against the load, resulting in a strong anti-slip action. The rug stacked on top of the anti-slip material is also in close contact with the floor surface, and as a result, the rug is securely held against the floor surface through the anti-slip material in a state in which it is prevented from sliding.

低下を招来することがないものである。 In addition, when laying the rug, the front and back sides of the anti-slip material are formed in the same way, so the worker can simply lay down the non-slip material without checking the front and back sides. This product does not require any troublesome work and can be laid quickly, and the rug can be replaced extremely easily.Furthermore, since it is not processed integrally with the rug, the quality of the rug does not deteriorate. It is.

It is possible to reduce the real cost.
