It is known as the number etc. However, the conventional method does not effectively utilize the purified cleaning liquid obtained by condensing and purifying the steam generated in the steam generation tank in the cooling phase. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 157288/1988 is an attempt to make effective use of this purifying cleaning liquid, but the device is extremely large and the purifying cleaning liquid is used for showers etc. using a pump. The device had the disadvantage that it was expensive and could not be manufactured at a low cost.

A cooling phase located at the top of this steam generation tank cools and condenses the generated steam, and a cleaning liquid condensed by this cooling phase is introduced and stored, and the lower end is inserted into the cleaning liquid of the cleaning liquid tank and overflows. A storage body that discharges purification cleaning liquid onto the transfer path of the objects to be cleaned and shower-cleans the objects to be cleaned, and a storage body whose lower end is fixed to this storage body and whose upper end is connected to the upper wall of the cleaning liquid tank main body, and a steam generation tank and an inlet. and an insertion wall that blocks communication between the two.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a cleaning liquid tank, and an inlet 2 for the object to be cleaned is provided at the upper end of one end, and from this inlet 2 to an outlet 4 of the cleaning liquid tank body 3. A part of the formed transfer path 5 for the object to be cleaned is immersed in the cleaning liquid 6, and an ultrasonic oscillator 7 is positioned so as to face the transfer path 5 in the cleaning liquid 6. Further, a steam generation tank 10 for heating the cleaning liquid 6 with a heater 8 to generate cleaning steam is formed adjacent to the cleaning liquid tank 1.
A cooling coil 11 is installed in the cleaning liquid tank main body 3 at the top of the
is wound to form the cooling phase 12. By this cooling phase 12, the steam generated from the steam generation tank 10 is condensed and introduced into the water separator 14 via the liquid receiver 13 provided at the lower end of the steam generation tank 10, where it is separated into the cleaning liquid 6 and water. to form a purifying cleaning solution;
This purification cleaning liquid is stored in the storage body 15. This storage body 15 is constructed by inserting the lower end into the cleaning liquid tank 1 by immersing it, and connecting and fixing the upper end of the insertion wall 16 inserted into the upper end to the upper wall 17 of the cleaning liquid tank main body 3.
The communication of steam between the steam generation tank 10 and the inlet 2 is cut off, and the purified cleaning liquid is introduced from the water separator 14. Nozzle 18
The purifying cleaning liquid overflowing from the storage body 15 is sprayed onto the object to be cleaned, and the object to be cleaned is shower-washed. 19 in the drawing
is a prime mover for moving the transfer path 5, which is formed by a belt conveyor, chain conveyor, or the like.

るものである。 Since the present invention is constructed as described above,
The cleaning vapor generated from the steam generation tank of the cleaning liquid tank body does not flow out from the inlet of the object to be cleaned, and the purified cleaning liquid that is condensed and purified in the cooling phase is used for continuous shower cleaning of the object to be cleaned, especially for pumps, etc. Since it is used by the overflow effect without using power, and the purifying cleaning liquid can be used effectively, it is possible to make effective use of the purifying cleaning liquid with a small and inexpensive mechanism. In addition, the cooling phase, which is located at the top of the steam generation tank and cools and condenses the generated steam, is composed of a storage body whose lower end is inserted into the cleaning liquid of the cleaning liquid tank, and an insertion wall that blocks communication between the steam generation tank and the inlet. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the diameter of the cooling phase to the minimum necessary, reduce the amount of cooling coils, and enable highly efficient cooling and condensation of cleaning vapor.
