    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排水口を上部に具え、排湯の供給とともに余剰
    水を前記排水口から排水する排湯タンクにおいて
    、排湯の排熱を取出す熱交換器と、排湯液面の近
    傍で上向きに開口しかつ風呂の排湯を送給する排
    湯管とを収容するとともに、前記排湯管の開口部
    の上方かつ該開口部との間に間隙を隔てて該開口
    部を覆う当板を設けてなる排湯タンク。
