Claims (1)
- 液体を収納する霧化水槽底面部に複数の超音波
振動子を並設して前記液体を霧化して加湿するよ
うにした液体霧化装置に於いて、前記夫々の振動
子の駆動により発生する波が互いに干渉しないよ
うに前記振動子の間に前記水槽底面部より立設さ
れる規制壁を設け、該規制壁の夫々は前記水槽全
体を連通させるスリツトを備えてなることを特徴
とする液体霧化装置。
