Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、無騒音、無振動工法として賞用され
ている。いわゆる中掘工法に使用される拡大オー
ガーヘツドに関し、とくにコンクリートパイルの
中でも肉厚の例えば外径600mmで内径350mmという
ように、その内径が外径のほぼ1/2となつている
この種パイルに最適な拡大オーガーヘツドに関す

ろにおいては、前記の塊状となることが多く、そ

の本体1はそのほぼ下半部が半截部1aを呈する
ように構成されていると共に、その空洞部2に通
ずる開閉自在の噴出口3,3aが設けられてお
り、この実施例では半截部1a下端の円周面側に
噴出口3aが、また円筒部1b下端の前記噴出口
3aとほぼ対応する側に噴出口3がそれぞれ設け
られている。そしてスクリユーオーガーの中空部
に圧入されるエアー、セメントミルク、モルタル
等が、空洞部2を介して噴出口3,3aから噴射
されるのである。4,4aは本体1の外周面に捲
装した一対の螺旋翼で、その一方の螺旋翼4は本
体1の半截部1aを跨ぐように設けられ、これに
よつて半截部1a平坦面と螺旋翼4底面との間に
空隙Aを形成している。またその先端は本体1よ
り突出し、その先端縁には下向の爪5が付設され
ている。その他方の螺旋翼4aは半截部1aの平
坦面にその先端が位置し、その先端は平坦面と面
一となつていると共に、この先端縁には下向の爪
5aが付設されている。6はくさび型の拡縮ビツ
トで、本体1の半截部1a上端部位に突設したブ
ラケツト7に軸支され、その基部が前記空隙Aに
挿設されていて、半截部1aの平坦面に沿つて拡
縮する構成となつている。そして第2図に示す拡
開状態で、その先端部が他方の螺旋翼4aより外
方に位置すると共に、この状態で矢印方向(反時
計方向)へ逆転させると一方の螺旋翼4がストツ
パーの役目をなし、拡縮ビツト6が万一縮径しな
くなつた際、この一方の螺旋翼4のストツパー機
能を利用してピン8の矯正、破断をなす。また第
1図に示す縮径状態で、その先端部が他方の螺旋
翼4aの刃先部内に位置するようになり、この状
態でコンクリートパイルの中空内部を上昇降下す
るのである。尚拡縮ビツト6は土砂抵抗により拡
開し、その縮径はオーガーヘツドを引き上げるこ
とにより達成される。図中9,10は拡縮ビツト

構成としたので、この種肉厚パイルに最適なオー
ガーヘツドであつて、土砂の掘削またはコンクリ
ートパイル内径とオーガーヘツドと空間が大とな
つて掘削土砂の排除等がまことに容易に行える効
果があると共に、無騒音、無振動でしかも能率よ
く打込むことができる効果があつて、工期の短縮
と経費の大幅な節減が可能となる。また、拡縮ビ
ツトが一枚であるので、機構の簡素化、ビツトの
拡縮が容易であるし、一方の螺旋翼がストツパー
機能をもなすので、機構の簡素化は勿論のこと、
ピンの矯正と破断を可能とし拡縮ビツトの縮径と
共に、オーガーヘツドの引き抜きを容易にする等
