Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は岩掘削カツター装置用カツタービツト
の改良に関するものであり、カツタービツトをホ
ルダーに対し交換可能な状態となしたいわゆるク
ランプ式のカツタービツトにおける耐久性の向上
を目的とするものであつて、その要旨とするとこ
ろは、オーガヘツドに対し同オーガヘツドの回転
方向でかつ下方に向け所要の角度で傾斜する状態
に固定されるホルダーと、同ホルダーに対して交
換可能に接合されるカツタービツトにより構成さ
れ、同ホルダーとカツタービツトはその接合面を
略〓状となし、その接合面の少くとも隣接する2
面に渡つて一方の面の中央部にはキー溝を、他方
の相対面にはキーを形成し、ホルダーとカツター
ビツトを両者の接合面の幅方向及び長手方向にお
いて複数となる様にボルトにより交換可能に連結
一体化すると共に、ホルダーの素材としてカツタ
ービツトの素材より強度性の高いものを使用して
成ることを特徴とする岩掘削カツター装置用カツ

以下本考案の実施例を図面に基いて詳細に説明
する。第1図〜第3図は本考案の一実施例を示し
図においてAはホルダーであり、同ホルダーは後
述のオーガヘツドCに対して、同オーガヘツドの
回転方向でかつ下方に向け所要の角度αで傾斜す
る状態に溶接等の手段により強固に固定される。
Bは同ホルダーAに対し同ホルダーをその傾斜方
向に延長する状態に接合されるカツタービツトで
あり、その先端部にカツター歯1がろう付若しく
はその他の方法によつて固定されている。ホルダ
ーAとカツタービツトBとの接合面はその側面か
ら見て略〓状となし、しかもその接合面の少くと
も隣接する2面2,2′及び3,3′に渡つて、本
実施例においてはホルダーA側の面の中央部にキ
ー4,5を、カツタービツトB側の面の相対中央
部にはキー溝4′,5′を形成している。又図中
6,6……はホルダーAに対しカツタービツトB
を交換可能に連結一体化するボルト、7,7……
は同ナツト、8……及び8′……はそれぞれホル
ダーAとカツタービツトBに開設されたボルト挿
通孔であり、同各ボルト挿通孔はカツタービツト
の進行方向にほぼ沿う方向に向けて開設される。
なお、本実施例では4本のボルト6を用いた場合
を示すが、接合面の幅方向及び長手方向において
複数本となる様に配列すれば3本のボルト6であ

先端部に対して本願カツタービツトにおけるホル
ダーAの基部を溶接その他の手段により強固に固
定した状態で岩石等の掘削がなされるが、従来の
いわゆるクランプ式のカツタービツトにおいては
ホルダーとカツタービツトとの接合部強度に問題
があり、このためカツター歯が損傷する前に接合
部を連結一体化するボルトが切損してしまうのみ
ならず、ホルダー側にも損傷をきたし、ホルダー
自体をも溶接しなおさなければならずクランプ式
となした意味がなくなるといつた問題があつた。
これに対し本願考案ではホルダーAとカツタービ
ツトBとの接合面を略〓状となし、かつその接合
面の少くとも隣接する2面に渡つてキー結合させ
ることによつて、更にボルト6を両者接合面の幅
方向及び長手方向において複数となる様に配設せ
しめることによつて、特にボルト6の切損原因た
る剪断力の発生を防止すると共に、もしカツター
ビツトに過負荷がかかつた場合でもホルダーAを
保護するために、同ホルダーBの素材としてカツ
タービツトの素材より強度性の高いものを使用し
