    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 吸気スワールの強度を弱める空気通路を開閉す
    る開閉弁と、該開閉弁の開閉を検出する検出手段
    と、機関負荷と回転数とに応じて上記開閉弁を作
    動制御する制御器と、上記検出手段の開閉信号と
    、上記制御器の制御信号とから開閉弁の作動不良
    を判別する判別回路とを備えたことを特徴とする
    可変スワールポート。
