Claims (1)
- 作動気体により回転駆動される羽根車の回転軸
が該回転軸部分を収納するシヤフトハウジング内
に所定の間隙を有して装着され、前記間隙に圧縮
気体を供給して前記回転軸を回転自由に支持する
気体軸受において、羽根車を収納するタービンハ
ウジング内部を経由して気体軸受の間隙に至る気
体供給通路を設けたことを特徴とする気体軸受に
おける気体供給装置。
