た。 First, a conventional air conditioner will be explained. 1 to 4, reference numeral 1 denotes a heat exchanger consisting of a large number of fins 2, side plates 3 located at both ends of the fins 2, and heat transfer tubes 4 passing through them. By cutting out the protruding part 3
00 is formed and the upper and lower ends and the rear end are bent outward to form flange parts 301 and 301, respectively.
302 and 303 are formed. In addition, each flange portion 301, 302, 303 has a mounting hole 301.
a, 302a, and 303a, and further has mounting holes 301b and 302b near each of the above-mentioned notches. Reference numerals 5 and 6 designate a top plate and a bottom plate that are bent along the flange portions 301 and 302 and the notch portions, and are provided with flange portions 500 and 600 having mounting holes 500a and 600a corresponding to the mounting holes 301b and 302b, respectively. It is being 7 is a blower device consisting of a blower portion 700 and a blower portion mounting plate 701. Therefore, the top plate 5 and the bottom plate 6 are brought into contact with the respective flanges 301 and 302 and the respective notches, and the mounting holes (not shown) of the top plate 5 and the bottom plate 6 and the mounting holes of the respective flanges 301 and 302 are placed in contact with each other. 301a,
302a, and the mounting holes 301b and 302b, and the mounting plate 701 of the flange portion 303 is brought into contact with the mounting hole (not shown) of the mounting plate 701 and the mounting hole 30 of the flange portion 303.
By inserting and tightening the mounting screws 10 through 3a, an air passage A is formed between the side plates 3, and an air outlet B is formed between the protrusions 300. At this time, the upper and lower ends of the fin 2, the top plate 5, and the bottom plate 6 are formed. A heat insulating material (not shown) for bypass prevention is interposed between the two. 11 is a dew pan attached below the bottom plate 6. In the air conditioner configured in this way, during cooling and heating, a heat medium such as cold and hot water is passed through the heat transfer device 4, and the air sucked into the air passage A by the air blower 7 is cooled or heated by the heat exchange part. The air is then blown to the outlet B as cold or warm air, and further blown into the air-conditioned space through a duct (not shown) connected to the outlet B.
Note that during cooling, dew generated in the heat exchange portion flows down onto the bottom plate 6, and further flows into the dew pan 11 through a water inlet (not shown) formed in the bottom plate 6. Then, it will be discharged to the outside, but the top plate 5 and bottom plate 6 must be folded to form flange parts 500, 600, and the side plates 3 must be provided with mounting holes 301b, 302b, making processing complicated. As the number of screws increases, the number of screw-fastening points increases during assembly, which increases costs.

That is, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, cuts are made in the vertical direction from the upper and lower edges of the front ends of the side plates 3, and the cuts are connected to the air passage A.
A pair of bent portions 304, 30 are bent horizontally in the direction.
At the same time as forming the bent portions 304 and 305
The protruding portion 300 is formed by forming the protruding portion 300 . Also,
The top plate 5 is bent into a square shape to form a locking part 501 with the inner surface 304a of the bent part 304 on the front end side, and the bottom plate 6 is bent into a substantially square shape to form a bent part 305 on the front end side. The locking part 6 with the inner surface 305a of
01 and a mounting portion 602 is formed on the rear end side, and the mounting hole is omitted in the flange portion 302, and the other configurations are the same as the conventional one. Therefore, the top plate 5 can be attached by locking the locking portion 501 to the inner surface 304a of the bent portion 304 and tightening the other end with the mounting screw 8 as in the conventional case. At this time, a heat insulating material (not shown) is inserted between the upper end of the fin 2 and the top plate 5 as in the conventional case. On the other hand, the bottom plate 6 can be attached by locking the locking part 601 to the inner surface 305a of the bent part 305 and tightening the mounting part 602 on the other end side together with the mounting plate 701 using the tapping screws 12. At this time, the inclined part 603 of the bottom plate 6
is in contact with the lower end of the fin 2, and no heat insulating material is interposed as in the conventional case. In addition, when the top plate 5 and the bottom plate 6 are assembled, the locking parts 501 and 601 are bent parts 304 and 601, respectively.
Since the inner surfaces 304a and 305a of 305 are bent and dimensioned so that elastic force acts in the vertical direction, the locking portions 501 and 601 are firmly locked to the inner surfaces of the bent portions 304 and 305. Air outlet B
is formed. Therefore, during cooling and heating, cold or warm air is blown from the outlet B to the duct (not shown) as in the conventional system, and dew generated in the heat exchange part during cooling flows down to the lowest position of the bottom plate 6. The dew pan 11 is inserted through the provided water inlet (not shown).
It flows down and is discharged to the outside.

れ、コストダウンすることができる。 As described above, in this invention, a pair of bent parts are formed at the upper and lower corners of one end side of both side plates of the heat exchanger, and the top plate and the bottom plate are bent to form locking parts at one end side, respectively. The locking portion is locked to the inner surface of the bent portion, and the other end is fixed to the upper and lower ends of both side plates so that the locking portion is elastically locked to the inner surface of the bent portion. Assembling work is simplified since no fixing screws are required for this part, and since there is no need to fold back and bend as in the conventional case, processing work is also simplified and costs can be reduced.
